I'm here to let you know that Sound Editor is not dead. I will continue developing it and also release updates if necessary. Over the past few months, a lot has happened in my personal life — unfortunately, my mother passed away, and it’s been a very difficult time for me. That’s why there haven't been any updates in quite a while, and some annoying issues (like TTS not working or broken YouTube links) have been around for longer than I would have liked. My goal, however, was never to push out a new version every year, but rather to build out the platform and make it as compatible and stable as possible. Fortunately, it’s still working well overall. That said, I will be releasing an update in the coming days, in which both the - TTS and YouTube issues - will be fixed, and the database will be updated to 2K25. I’m incredibly grateful that some people took the time to keep the tool alive by regularly updating and maintaining the files — that really means a lot to me. Thank you so much! Hi everyone, I'm slowly building up a database of wrestling game animations to aid those that wish to make their own game. These motions are to be used as a reference to gain a further understanding of how to animate these type of movements. Each animation will be in the FBX format. I'm starting with WWE 2K15 and going from there. I'll make the folder available to download once I'm done.

Big update on this! I just ran about 25 tests in a row in the Bloodline Rules match, using CE to assign the ID number of the people I want running in for me, and it worked around 23 of those times! It's a little weird how it has to be done, but it's working the VAST majority of the time. The biggest problem is that the entrance video and HUD name on screen for that run-in person will be wrong (it will say the name and show the entrance video of the default person the CPU would have selected). So for example, I assigned Cody to run in and help John Cena. It works, and even plays the correct music during the run in, but the wrong entrance video shows on the barricade and the wrong name shows on screen for his slot. To me, that's INSANELY annoying (I like to make cheats/fixes as perfect as possible), but maybe to some people that isn't a big deal? GIVE ME FEEDBACK ON THIS. If anybody sees this post and wants to chime in on how big of a deal this issue is, please do so. Meanwhile I'm going to continue seeing if I can force the correct entrance vid+HUD name but for some reason that's a lot harder than the rest. My success rate so far making the right name/vid appear is only about 2 out of 25 tests, which is terrible. Keep an eye on this space for updates! The more interest I see in this thread (meaning replies, or messages on Discord from people), the more likely I am to put this as a priority. Thanks for being patient this year, guys! I know it seems like this thread has been up forever, but this game has the least amount of interest from players out of all the games I currently work on... so unfortunately it has taken a back seat this year. I am still planning to release a bunch of stuff though, as time permits or as interest/priority rises.

Sound Editor [Released: Version 2.2.0.0] It's time! After several weeks of work, the new version of the Sound Editor is finally live and comes with a lot of new features. But first: A big thank you goes to Mark/Rampage for allowing me to include his data.xml for 2K23. Also, a big thank you to all other authors of the data files from previous releases like Living Human, iTwistedSpartan and others. This was not my work and it wouldn't be possible without you guys! Thank you to everyone who helps and provides their data! And thanks to all the kind words and people who have supported me with donations before! It motivates me a lot! Here's an overview of the new features: Over 90% of the code has been completely reworked and rewritten Many minor and major fixes and improvements (including: search terms and sorting remain when switching as well as selected folders) XML files have been outsourced into databases, making SE compatible with multiple versions (currently 2K19, 2K22, 2K23) Sound-Converter has been completely rewritten and revised (new volume slider, new view of running tasks, download of YouTube music via txt files) New TTS feature for easy creation of RA via Uberduck API New file indexing feature to save storage space -> After opening a PCK file, SE now creates an index of all offsets. If a new file is imported that is larger than the one being overwritten, this table is updated. In the later course, the storage space gained can be reused if it is large enough. New UI (light and dark mode, slim titlebar) Revised export dialog -> mass export as *.ogg is now possible View, export, and import of embedded sound files in soundbanks (import is still UNTESTED and in BETA!!! They are the arenas converted from SVR 08 For SVR 09 this is because if it is imported without modifications the crowd will not appear and instead we will have an arena with an empty public, this problem happens on the PS2 and Next Gen consoles, there is a topic with the arenas converted from SVR 07 and 08 but for the Xbox 360 version, well here I decided to do the same with the PS2, on the PSP it works directly without the need for conversion. @justYn1893I have a doubt whether the currently available download link for the mod is incomplete. In HaiderAli786’s installation tutorial video, the file includes additional folders, such as one named “movies,” which I did not find in the downloaded file. Could it be that this folder is missing? I think this might be causing issues with the entrances.

I haven't updated my tutorial video, but the process works great. Importing WEMS is super easy, just like with any other version of Sound Editor. So far, I've probably imported over 2000 lines of commentary, ring announcements, etc. Keep in mind, this is for the Xbox360 version. I can't testify to the compatibility of the PS3 version working with Sound Editor. Also, bear in mind that you still have to create your WEMS manually in WWise as opposed to the other versions of Sound Editor, which can automatically covert WAVS to WEMS with the built in tool. For whatever reason, this version of SE just can't do that for WEMS. So, it's a bit tedious, but not hard. Just follow the 2nd half of my tutorial video, starting around the 11 minute mark. I've asked to see if someone can create a batch file that automates this process, but no response in that thread as of yet. In this day of AI, seems like it would very possible to just run a batch file that runs the WEM creation process in WWise with the necessary settings. I actually asked Chat GPT to come up something and it did, but it was a bit beyond my scope of understanding trying to implement it. @Hollywood Akeem was there some other particular question you had or update you were looking for?

My pleasure, but please know that there have been some wonderful updates since I originally made this post! We NO LONGER have to hex edit to import sounds into 2K14, thanks to @TheVisitorX and his Sound Editor. It's an incredible tool! Basically, the Sound Editor does all the hex editing behind the scenes, and all we have to do is hit 'import'. There's even a feature called 'identify' that automatically scrolls through the sound file and writes out what each line of commentary, ring calls, etc. are. (Though, you don't need to even run this feature, because all the sound files have now been identified.) The only thing you still have to do, however, is create the WEM files by using the 2015 version of WWise. For every other version of WWE2K, Sound Editor can automatically turn a WAV file into a WEM file for quick converting/importing, but for 2K14 that feature doesn't work. So, you have to take the time to create the WEMS yourself, but that's WAY easier than having to HEX edit! I'll include my YouTube tutorial video on how to create the corret WEM files for 2K14. Skip the second half of the video, because the Sound Editor makes the Hex editing a moot point.

WWF SummerSlam '90-94 Arena I was hoping to get this finished around SummerSlam and the Wembley All In, but it took a bit longer. Like Miztah Raza said, you have to use BrienJs PAC Archiver, you open the specified ed??.pac within the edit folder to find the texture, you have to have a Jtag rip of the game though. For the ed02.pac and the ed04.pac, the pachs alternate male to female, for example P000.pach is face texture 1 for male, P0001.pach is face texture 1 for female, P003 is face texture 2 for male, and so on. The textures within the pach are the first .BPE for face textures and the first 4 .BPE for body, export them as .tga for them to open in photoshop. Here is a list I've made of what's in a couple of the folders within the Jtag rip. ch folder edit folder (pacs that say nothing doesn't necessarily mean nothing, I just didn't find anything within a couple of pacs so I moved on to another pac.)
