No, I have the same problem. All the new hair added with one of the patches has a mismatch with the texture. Making the face and neck pale, it's really annoying. I reported it to 2K a while back, I attached pictures and description of the issue. Then they wrote me back if I could attach pictures and write in depth the issue, which I already did.. /facepalm
