Convert it to EPK8 format. Install it with CCT as ring attire for the slot you wish to use (CCT will auto-convert the mod to EPK8 in the process). Then open the freshly installed file with a hex editor of choice and change the 255Y2 line to 255Y0. Change the file names to match the Referee ones you want to override as well, rebuild the Chunk0.def and you should be good.1 point

Is your's a laptop? I have the same problem with my GTX 1080 based laptop (no such problem on my Desktop's RTX 3090). It seems to be a bug in the game where the game thinks that the monitor's native Hz for the native resolution is 25, 30 or 40 Hz. If I play it windowed (which forces the refresh rate set on the desktop) it works fine, even at native resolution.1 point
