It is more or less the same as last year, but with another compression. Only the design has changed a bit, but nothing fancy, functionality is more or less the same. By the way... Thank you for all the kind words in this thread. It is nice to see that so many people are using my tools and that they like what I have done with them. That motivates me a lot!!11 points

In the past week, I've been inundated with emails requesting a new version of X-Packer. After some consideration, I've decided to code a new version which I am releasing today. What is X-Packer? X-PacKer is an application which allows you to extract and inject files and textures from wrestler pac files as well as the creation of new pac archives. It also allow for editing the save files for the xbox 360,ps3 and pc. This allows for modding of the game. Platforms supported: Ps3, xbox 360, ps2, wii, PC. Features of X-Packer 2019 include: - Decompression of OODL files. - Reading of new SHDC formats - 2k19 / 2k18 save editing functions to add wrestlers, edit wrestler info and basic entrance / moveset editing. - New functions for creating compressed zlib pac archives. These function fixes issues with extracting and decompressing compressed archives. - Updated zlib decompression functions, fixing issues with certain files not decompressing correctly. - Settings for offset changes in the save file due to game patches. These settings can be found under the settings menu. At present the values are set to 0, when a new patch is applied, the amount the offset for the save file increases by can be set here, retaining compatibility with the X-Packer. - Updated values for the misc.pac file. - Creation of Def files for 2k18 and 2k19 - Flat theme and logo Updated functionality in X-Packer 2019.3 - DDS preview (double click the dds file in an archive) - Generation of names for renders (under the utilities menu). Updated functionality in X-Packer 2019.2 - Universe mode injection - Creation studio par archive reading and injection - Dumping and reading of Caw Info (writing not supported) Please view the tutorials on how to use the new functionality here: Updated functionality in X-Packer 2019.1 - The editing of wrestler info, now saves the wrestler name appearing on the winning animation - Adjusted the moveset length The same procedure applies to obtain the software as with previous years. I create a new version of X-Packer when a new WWE game is released, this requires a separate license from the previous years X-Packer. During the course of the year I release updates to X-Packer which are free and do not require a separate license. e.g. X-Packer 2017 is for 2k17. 2017.1, 2017.2, etc will be under the same license. X-Packer 2019 is for WWE 2k19 and requires a separate license. Updates for the course of the year will be done at no cost. I create a new version of X-Packer for each new game e.g X-Packer 2019 for 2k19, X-Packer 2017 for 2k17,etc. These require separate licenses. X-Packer functionality is cumulative, meaning that the newer versions will always retain the functionality for working with older games. X-Packer does not support any games above 2k19 due to the cak file encryption in WWE 2k20. Please note that the serial key is specific to a single computer. Please send me the serial key from the computer on which you will be doing your mods. If you are planning on formatting your computer or upgrading your operating system, please do that first before installing X-Packer and requesting an activation key. Please allow up to 72 hours for me to send you an activation key as I am not in the same timezone as most people. Also remember to check your spam filters in your email to ensure that my email is not discarded. If you have not received an activation key from me after 72 hours, please email me. I am locking this thread and will be handling user support queries via email at sf4mods@gmail.com. I will not be entertaining any discussions around paid vs free software this year, there are various alternatives to my tools and you are free to use whichever tool you prefer.1 point

Thanks guys! Yup Muta is definitely on our list, I haven't stated him yet but he'll be sooner than later. Here's the pics of yesterday's uploads. Face pics are in the OP... Gary Hart He was on our list of guys that were needed, but good face pics were impossible to find. While watching some old WCW PPVs I came across a good backstage interview with him, and the rest came together really quick. The facial hair options suck but then again, they do for pretty much everybody. If anything, I really wish the game had dress pants that were pulled up Grandpa-style (way higher along the stomach) but there wasn't anything I could do about that. The first attire is from the I Quit Clash and Halloween Havoc And the alt attire is from WCW TV where he managed Muta leading up to Halloween Havoc 89. I should mention too that Gary Hart has half a moveset -- He only wrestled in the 60's and early 70's, and I have no plans to use him as a wrestler. BUT as a manager, he can taunt, do strong strikes, running grapples, etc. So he's got moves that can be used if you decide to control him as a manager. Terry Funk I had made late-90's Funk 3 years in a row so it was a nice change to make a younger version of him. Sure, I got off easy not having to do his tights this year, but his entrance attires took a good amount of work. Attire 1 is from Clash of the Champions IX (the I Quit match against Flair) and also at Halloween Havoc 89 (Funk/Muta vs Flair/Sting in a thunder cage) And attire 2 is from the Great American Bash '89 (vs Flair) They're both uploaded on my Replicant13 account, and Keith and I should have at least one more guy coming before the holidays.1 point

These 2 just went up, I don't have time to put pics together yet but here's a quick look... Gary Hart probably won't be up for long as I only have one open upload slot now, but Funk needed his J-Tex manager. I got off easy not having to do Funk's 90's era tights but it was cool to do a younger Terry for a change, and his entrance gear took a lot of work.. I'll post pics later tonight, but in the meantime, they're up on Replicant13 for anyone interested. Funk has I Quit Clash/Halloween Havoc 89 and GAB '89 attires, while Hart's attires work for managing both Terry and Great Muta.1 point

I can almost guarantee that Scotty will get made. The only thing that sucks is the hair choices but I'll figure something out. Pretty much everyone from 89-94 is in play as long as I can find good face pics, but I can't imagine doing this roster without Scotty Flamingo. And Harley Race has been uploaded! See the OP for face pics. "Handsome" Harley Race His first attire is the one I was really hoping 2K would give us considering we got the Flair CE and Starrcade 83 arena, but nope. And I made 2 manager attires for people to choose between (or you can keep them and copy them around when using them) Also Keith made alt attires for one of Harley's protégés... Lex Luger You can use Luger as a CAW (not an alt attire) because his call name is in the game, plus it keeps Cole from talking about the Lex Express non-stop If you do use him as an alt; be sure to copy his moveset over the in-game one. And there should be more to come sometime this week.1 point
