  1. I couldn't find a guide that detailed the parts of the misc01_start accurately so thought I'd start with this. Just to be clear it seems you have to edit both misc files to get this to work. The first misc01_start.pac is in the root folder, the other is in the mods folder if you've added alt attires etc. Also big shout to @WhereTheFdidTheEgo who helped me with some other bits of arena locations. Please note this works in conjunction with the misc04 - you will still have to edit that for certain assets, this is mainly for geo and slot use. I'd added the old SNME arena over 205 live, but had a faff when messing with the correct assets and matching corners of the steel fence etc. So thought I'd share what I've found so far with those interested. Some of this appears in the arena guide but doesn't go into detail on the misc01_start I believe. I've not got a deep understanding of this but have found enough to do what I wanted to. 1.) Open the misc01_start file in a hex editor. 2.) Do a text search for 'STG' (capitals). This will bring up a list of all the arenas it starts with the entry A041 Smackdown Live, each subsequent entry relates to the arena numbers e.g. A141 - Raw 18, A241 - NXT '18 etc. etc. We are interetsed in Live 205 found via hex searching A341. 3.) When you find it should look like this: Each arena entry should be a length of 7C. 4.) This is the bit where I struggled to find information so via a process of elimination I figured out the following: I'm sure there are a number of modders that know a lot more about this, but with a process of trial and error that's what I came up with. As I said, I couldn't find the info anywhere so thought it might be useful. 5.) If you alter the above to these values: You'll get something like this (minus my modded apron of course!):

  3. Gutted, your work bringing Hogan to 2k19 was part of what inspired me to come out of retirement and start doing some PC modding, thanks for all you have done. All the best

Personally, I regret that, but I'm sure you did the right thing. Real life comes first. All the best for you and your family!

  7. I believe what you mean by hacking is placing a move which is used as a signature or finisher as a strike or grapple move. If this is what you mean then data editor can do this. You open up the moveset file and select any move for any category you want, save the file and inject using custom character tools or wrestleplus. In the older games like the Smackdown vs Raw series, hacking moves really worked well, but with the newer series , a lot of changes have been made to how movesets work in the game. Lets pick the RKO for example, or the stone cold stunner. In the older games, each move had its own damage level independent of whichever wrestler it was assigned to and some were locked as signature or finisher only. If these moves were hacked as normal strike or grapple moves, they will still inflict the damage level of a finisher or signature. In the newer games, this is no more the case as the devs have implemented a new structure. Every move will inflict a higher level of damage as a finisher, but will only inflict a strike or grapple level damage when assigned as such, so even using the RKO as s normal grapple move doesn't inflict a whole lot of damage anymore. The damage level of moves also depend on the attribute points assigned to the character performing the move , especially arm, leg power. etc. One thing to note is a lot of moves don't work in other categories anymore. Maybe there were more with 2k14 and 2k15 but with 2k18 and 2k19 it's gradually reduced, especially as a lot of these moves have been reanimated. On a personal note, with these points in mind, no wonder there is hardly anyone on any forums hacking movesets for the newer WWE games. On this thread I am not actually hacking any moves. All I am doing is porting over the motion data of moves from previous games to newer games, either moves developers removed, moves they locked for best reasons known to them, or moves which have new animations replacing them on their id slot.

  14. I'd be careful with the deletion utility, I tried using it to get rid of CAWs I no longer needed and it ended up corrupting the ones I wanted to keep

  16. I’d love 2 full attires, with the new deletion utility it’s easy to delete a second attire and then the logos that go with it. Where as recreating can be difficult for us bums that don’t make anything haha.

  17. @AznBlusuazn, I typed a big piece out for you last time when you semi-retired earlier this year. However, I would just like to add that with the mods you have released for this years game and for 2K18, a massive thank you for making my game so much better. You have definitely made a difference to the game. One could almost mistake you for a Dev they are that good. A big loss to the modding community, but a well deserved rest and time to be with and take care of your family. Take care, Too Sweet!!, and *thumbs up*

  25. Hi @AznBlusuazn I read your twitter post and it is quite sad about all that you have said. You have paid your dues in the community though and no one can take that from you. One thing in life is no matter what you do or what you achieve anywhere you are at, not everyone is going to be happy about any positive progression or success. But that's life and we try to get on with it. You just do your thing and not let any negativity get to you. Above all this, you are a family man and a father of four children. I actually wondered sometimes how you have been able to do all you are done in the community. Trust me , a lot of guys can't , even with just a wife and one child, so kudos to you. Family comes first so eventually something has to give. The truth is no matter what, no one can mod forever. Life brings it's own challenges and things change. Everyone modding can go on only for as long as he/she is able to. We can't play games forever anyway. All the best in your endeavours outside the community. Your twitter profile says you are a Christ follower. Keep on brother. Jesus is Lord.

  26. Love Harley Race NWA. One thing, could you add his entrance jacket that he used back then? Or... can we edit his attire (add jacket) switch colors in edit superstar? I know most times we can't.

  27. A new version of the Data Editor for WWE 2k19 is now available for download in the top post as well as via the "Check for Data Editor Updates" button in the Data Editor for WWE 2k18 Settings section or the included Update.exe file. Update Notes: It's highly recommended to update to this version immediately. Please post feedback here, be it reports of how the tool is working for you, whether you have any problems, there are mistakes or everything is working smoothly. Since many of the Data Lists haven't been updated yet, it would be great if some of you could update some and then send them to me so I can include them in the next release. You can find them in the Data Editor 2k19\Data\DataLists\ folder. An easy way to update many of the entries may be to load a each .moveset file into Data Editor and see if any of the boxes have missing or wrong names/information. Then go to Data Editor 2k19\Data\DataLists\ and update the respective .data list with a text editor like Notepad (they are named similarly to what the dropdown boxes say). Then upload the .data file somewhere and send me the link. Thank you very much! This is an early alpha version, keep in mind that features and how things work may change drastically until beta still. Test and use it at your own risk.

  29. A short sign of life, so that nobody thinks, nothing happens here anymore. Enclosed a small "First Look" video. There are also more new features included. You can only see the features that work during the game. Injecting renders etc. only works if the game is not running, so it is not visible here. Most new features (gender setting, menu etc.) also work with multiple selections.

  30. Thanks, sorry I hadn't seen this as I wasn't around as much the past couple of days. I put Dreamer, Sandman, Mikey, and Tajiri up for you so just let me know when you got them and I'll work on uploading the rest. I'll send you a PM too just in case you don't check the thread, Thank you!
