In the past week, I've been inundated with emails requesting a new version of X-Packer. After some consideration, I've decided to code a new version which I am releasing today. What is X-Packer? X-PacKer is an application which allows you to extract and inject files and textures from wrestler pac files as well as the creation of new pac archives. It also allow for editing the save files for the xbox 360,ps3 and pc. This allows for modding of the game. Platforms supported: Ps3, xbox 360, ps2, wii, PC. Features of X-Packer 2019 include: - Decompression of OODL files. - Reading of new SHDC formats - 2k19 / 2k18 save editing functions to add wrestlers, edit wrestler info and basic entrance / moveset editing. - New functions for creating compressed zlib pac archives. These function fixes issues with extracting and decompressing compressed archives. - Updated zlib decompression functions, fixing issues with certain files not decompressing correctly. - Settings for offset changes in the save file due to game patches. These settings can be found under the settings menu. PREAMBLE I have looked into requests sent and I have been able to port as many as possible. Regarding moves, a few changes have been made in wwe 2k19 with some categories of moves re-animated. Categories which have been reanimated or with the motion parametric modified are : (The motion parametric determines the position of the attacker the opponent, the opponents in relation to the ring mat etc, sync motion between the attacker and the opponent) Running strike moves (since 2k18) – most were reanimated. Those not reanimated have lost the sync motion between attacker and opponent. This is why moves like the Spear 4 aren’t working anymore. Much more were reanimated this year Top rope diving moves – These were reanimated this year. If you look in the move previews, you will notice a green indicator on the mat for each move. The Randy Savage diving double axe handle was not reanimated for 2k19 . The attacker doesn’t make contact with the opponent. Hell in a Cell and Ladder moves (since 2k18). A few moves present last year also don't work without glitches in 2k19. I'm still looking into a few. An example is the People's Punch 4. In my opinion, the main reason these moves are being are animated or motion captured is to make them work with the new reversal features of the game. These files contain the string name and hex codes for move animations, which is independent of the superstring file for mods. The motion_param_pcdb.pac file goes in the pac /ingame folder, while the other files go in the pac/ingame/motion/body folder. NEW ADDITIONS 12th October : I have added a few more moves to the list. Also included are a few moves available in the game but not listed in the create-a moveset preview. The developers have made a bit of a mess with the createmode.pac file this year as they probably forgot to add the listing for quite a few moves . On various threads, users have been reporting moves being removed from the game, but on investigation, I discovered the animation files are still in the motion pacs. 2k might possibly rectify this in a future update, so I wouldn't be adding any more names till they release an update . It's also important to note the move pac's might be updated also, as they were last year. With 2k18, I started porting moves late December after a few updates had been released, A few notable ones are Jackhammer2, Suplex City 2 and Pounce 2 not being listed, but instead you will find Jackhammer, Suplex City and Pounce listed, which is just one variant of the move. I have added the second entries for these 3 moves. Also the game mechanics for opponent selling has been modified this year, so opponent selling works differently to 2k18 and previous games. ported move list : 1. Knee Strike 3 2. There are no mat impact sounds . Moves removed in the game after 2k15 will not have mat impact sounds as it seems the mat sound data was overhauled for 2k16 and these were not added. 13. Stone Cold Stunner 4 - This is the Stone cold stunner 2 for 2k15 which I added with the first set. I didn't want to overwrite the default Stunner 2. 14. Suplex Powerslam. If we change our multi-person Battle Royal options to PIN AND SUBMISSION instead of over-the-top elimination, we should be able to LEAVE THE RING and fight, right? Well now we can! Some of you may know that in recent years 2K has made it very difficult to do certain types of rule modifications for matches, and for some crazy reason if you switch your Battle Royal to pins/submissions you still are stuck in the ring even with some of the custom match tools/editors I've seen. For those who use Cheat Engine, you can now turn ring out ON or OFF at ANY TIME during any match!!! For those NOT using it yet, go grab it because it's FREE and amazing! I'm pretty sure this static address will work for anybody with the PC version of the game. The address to load up in Cheat Engine is: 14262C580 You'll want to make sure the display type is either Byte or 2 Bytes. The value can be toggled between 0 and 1 on the fly during a match or when the match is loading, where 0 lets you leave the ring and 1 traps you in the ring during ANY match. The middle option will allow you to toggle "anywhere falls" on during the match, which would require changing the value of that address to "2" during the match. The third (bottom) option sets your keyboard's "b" key as a hotkey to force the "breakout" option ON as soon as you've pinned or tapped out the final opponent in the match! Just tap the b key on your keyboard as soon as you win the match and then during the celebration you'll have the option to breakout and attack the last person you defeated while the others are at ringside on one knee, unable to move. (Note: I recommend making sure the postmatch breakout option is set to ON in your game's main menu options) If you do the forced breakout attack, I wouldn't recommend doing a rematch after that because it will restart the match as a "multi-person singles match" which usually crashes since such a match is not supposed to exist. If you paid attention to the value the third option had in Cheat Engine during the match before you pressed the "b" key, you can change it back to that previous value before selecting rematch and it should work. If you're new to using Cheat Engine or have any questions, let me know your exact question with as much detail as possible and I can try to help. The Low blows are now signature moves. There are a few bytes I need to change in the file which might place it in both signature and standing grapple category. Yes. I think that low blow move was in wwe 2k15. It looks a bit different to the low blow 2 in wwe 2k19. I will have a look at the 2k15 Create a moveset preview.

Sound Editor 2019 should be ready this Friday and comes with the following changes: - SE setup now also triggers the Wwise setup during setup process - SE tries to detect the Wwise path from the registry - Merged: All the changes and fixes for creating a new PCK file archive from "Simple Mod Manager" - SE now shows a warning message if the game is already running - XML file cleaning (I have removed all unused entries) - "Sound-Converter" now uses ffmpeg filters to normalize the audio volume / mp3gain was removed in this release - Maybe some more There will be no new data.xml update in this release.

I've just been going back through my favourite 2k18 caws and finding them again on CC to see who made them, so I know who to look for on 2k19 CC. Just realised you made about half of them! Thank you, I find character mods a little daunting (sound and trons are eaiser) so these make a huge difference!

Sadly the mat impact sounds were removed from the data files. I did try to fix the sound but it caused glitches in the mat impact sounds for quite a lot of moves, so I had to abandon that project.

Any chance for Rock Bottom 2, pretty sure the last game it was in was 2k17. Also, is there a way to have all of the Stone Cold Stunners in the game? I always preferred the one from 2k17(I think it was Stone Cold Stunner 3) where the opponent at least goes down to one knee lol(Undertaker style) as apposed to Stunner 1(Scott Hall style)... now that I really think of it, there hasn't been a proper stunner since probably the PS2 days, maybe even N64/Gamecube

Quick update: Still working on Cody at the moment. Struggling to grab good textures to use for Cody's attire, which I'm basing on his appearance at this past September's ALL IN show. I'm also currently in the process of reworking Cody's face. I'll post another update either later tonight or tomorrow. I also want to add that I am going to be pretty busy this year with other things, so I'll try to keep content coming but I'm planning on spreading them out throughout the year so bear with me .

I was hoping to have Aries out today but the game has decided to remove this face texture for matches. Will hopefully get this fixed ASAP - everything else is ready to go.....

Last week @homicide187 requested Kings of Wrestling attires for Cesaro and Kassius Ohno, basically taking their indie tag team gimmick and bringing it to WWE. I've been making a lot CAWs lately, such as a Dark Elf and an Orc, so I thought it'd be fun to try my hand at something like this. Hopefully by 2K19's release I'll have a good handle on the creation aspects and can be making full on CAWs of wrestlers not in the game. Anyway, here's what I came up with!
