Some updates to Benoit based on feedback from the forum and suggestions by @.RyeE. , updated face texture as well: I went with two new hair models for different era's. The longer hair is for his black and purple crippler attire. The receding hairline is for his later wwe attires.9 points

First of all I'm not a modder. I have the sound editor 2018 installed to add cm punk's entrance theme song to the caw I downloaded from the community creations. In my opinion some entrance theme songs are too quiet to be heard when the crowd is cheering like Randy Savage's theme and Andre's. Is there a way to make these two theme songs a bit louder in the sound editor?1 point

The Smacktalks Modding Wiki has you covered. If you have Steam Cloud saves enabled, Steam should download the latest save game from the cloud, however, so you won't have to restore it manually. Backing it up is still a good idea, though, just in case something would go wrong with synchronization and to keep a backup you can restore handy just in case a mod goes wrong in the future. As for transferring the modded game files to a new PC, backup the whole game folder (or just the folders/files that are modded). Then install Steam and WWE 2k18 on a new PC. Let it download and update fully. Once that's done, exit steam and replace the game vanilla game files on the new PC with your backed up copy of the modded game from the old one. It's important to install the game fresh before copying the modded files over so Steam won't overwrite any of your modded game files.1 point

I answered it that way because the tutorials dont go too in depth into that stuff or explain the why, so you'll make a mistake and not understand how or why you screwed up what you screwed up and its probably a simple fix. It comes off as complicated but the process is actually pretty simple once you get past the big terms.1 point

I'd assume say back up your modded folders like CH, Arena titantrons ect ect and Back up your root folder and then download the game again on the new machine? An even easier way is donwload 2k18 on the new pc then copy your 2k18 folder and save from the old pc to new? Again this is just what I think based on when I was modding ps2 games soI could be wrong1 point

It takes more than that. You got the most important part down which is swapping the 2710 file(the actual hair model). But thats not where the hair swap stops. Firstly you have to be sure that the hair lines up with the texture itself and if not rearrange the uvmaps(the data in the model that positions the model to a certain point in the corresponding texture). You can do that in 3dsmax. Secondly you got to make sure the normals/alpha textures line up to the new hair as well. Normals control not only the "Bumpiness" but also the shine & transparancy of the hair. Once you have those lined up and uvunwrapped it'll work.1 point

Yeah, noticed that too but it's no big deal as it can be edited. But man, the new version is much better. Awesome work bro! It's a shame he wasn't with the OG's when they attacked The Bullet Club at San Francisco yesterday.1 point

Pretty good start. If you are looking for suggestions: 1. widen the eyes more (move the inner and outer most dots to widen...looks like both corners need it) 2. less mouth width 3. make the upper cheek go wider (bring out the dot by the ear a bit and maybe wider set on the first slider of the 3 under cheekbones so it gets more of a wider bone look...can't remember if you have to move the slider up or down to go wider). I'd also cheek the sunk in look of the cheek (sliders under cheek), in case sinking it in a bit more helps get that heightened upper bone. 4. less on the head width to help skinny up the face (you may end up having to re-widen the nose stuff afterwards...but overall, you have the head too fat/wide looking) 5. lessen the jaw width (by dots) 6. bring the two dots on the overall head that are beside the middle top one down/in a tad and the middle up a tad so it creates the pointier look in the cranium shape. 7. make the ears stick out more.1 point

Thanks a lot dude but I see my Fale has some problems with the face in general (head more larger and the eyes too) I think re-upload him tonight when I'll fix that. I'll see to re-upload Brandi Reed, Christopher Dijak and Aliyah in the same time Ben.1 point

You show me where I said he couldn't have a different opinion. I said his tone and the way he went about making his point was child like and and read more like a hissy fit/tantrum. And it IS just LigerBomb's business. It's his choice about his creations and his future making them. If he wants to quit, he can. No one around here can force him to keep making them. People can reply and argue with him all they want, but at the end of the day, it's still ultimately HIS choice to make. He's not beholden to anyone around here. It's a community. Not a forced labor camp. If someone wants to stop, they can. Hell, he could have just dropped off the face of the earth, never to make this post or a caw a again and you'd have never even have known, but because he announces he wants to stop because people are stealing his hard work, he's got people acting like he owes them. I even said, I disagree with his course of action, but if he wants to quit, quit. I commend him for making that choice and taking that much pride in his work that people stealing it would make him feel that way. I'm not gonna argue with him. He's clearly made up his mind and he owes me nothing. You wanna quit losing members? Stop pushing them away by acting like they owe you. There are better ways to convince Liger to stay and make caws other than "Bruh, what are you, some kind of asshole or something? Someone stole your work? Waaaaaah. Get back to making caws you baby."1 point
