do you have to have a code hacking device or something?

for xXCharasmatic_EnigmaXx, when in CAW mode go to music, click on main, then scroll down then you should hit your playlists.

for Danny346, if you do not have a modded Xbox then only real CDs work, simply put the disk in and copy to your very own playlist!
