K Ill give that a try

also you may need to rerun the setup as it seems you are missing the splash.bmp and the updated string file that should be available now.

Yeah, I already tried that and it appeared to download the splash.bmp etc again but they still didnt show up in game.

Ill have a few goes at it and if I dont have any luck I can always go back to the pre-update version, I made backups of everything and there doesnt seem to be much in the update thats of any consequence to me anyway.

@Pozzum

question?? Can we somehow arrange a way that we can control who runs out to the ring in regular play now matches with this program? Also if not, can you do something like this in the future where we can control who comes to the ring in regular play now matches?

Thank you

Was this packaged with createmode.pac because I heard someone had a problem with CAWs with this modded file, next time put a note knowing it will take a serious hit due to that.

The setup menu lists each file downloaded with a tool tip that says a bit about each file.  I do not know of any files my setup has sent out that would affect caws.

Is there any way to sort Universe Mode not reading the modded files? Obviously they all appear as normal on the regular game, but starting a new Universe seems to only bring up the vanilla roster and only features the mods when you re-upload the .pofo to include them in Universe 1 or 2. Is there a quick way to do this or make it read them automatically when starting up a new Universe?

for the life of  me i just cant get modded players in game, ive followed the tut as directed, ive even had the game running while trying to add the players and ive even tried it with the game not running, now i have 3 no named characters with  the pics blacked out in the creations section of the game and if i try and click on them the game crashes, and i cant even get rid of them.Ive uninstalled wwe 2k19 reinstalled several times and just tried uninstalling steam and reinstalled and just cannot get rid of those 3.Im guessing they are alberto del rio, cody rhoades and xpac from the downloads section of the wrestle plus as those are the 3 ive tried using, its frustrating because theres some modded players i want but nothings working

@pozzum Hi, have installed quite a few mods and all works great, however I'm having an issue with slot 916. I put a Doink mod in there and injected moveset and pofo via Wrestleplus as I normally would. I had the pac in and everything worked fine. I saved my game as usual, exited and when I come back in the game, Doink appears all seems fine but it refuses to load - just loads infinitely at the matchup screen. I tested again and if I inject the moveset/pofo it works great, but it doesn't seem to register in the save, as once again if I exit and return Doink appears in the menu but will not load into the game unless I inject the moveset every time. Pac plus tells me he is loaded and it looks all good there. Just no idea why it won't seem to save. Is there a slot issue that I'm not seeing?

I had this issue as well. I solved it by editing the moveset file in Data Editor and saving it again as another moveset file. Then I injected that using WrestlePlus. For some reason some of the mods that you can download through WrestlePlus have missing moveset files or they don't even work at all. It is a major glitch or oversight. But if you resave the moveset file using Data Editor everything works fine, for some reason. Hope it works for you.

That's likely because Data Editor can add certain information that is missing from a file or even try to "fix" some invalid information. It doesn't always work (it really depends on what is broken/wrong in the file and to what extent), but it certainly can fix problematic .pofo, .moveset, and .team_info files in many situations. That's why it's usually a good idea to open, check and then save a downloaded file in Data Editor before injecting it. It's a neat "side-effect" of opening and saving files in Data Editor that can help at times. :)

Unfortunately not. Even if I use in-game templates I still have the issue. I tried templates, my own movesets and even just copying an entrance from an in game superstar within the game itself. I noticed if I try to edit or even copy an entrance to that slot in game the game crashes. I also tried injecting via Xpacker and have the same issue. I've had it on other slots too. Seems very odd since none of the usual fixes, like you mention work at all. I just end up locking or zeroing out certain slots.

Oh yeah, that is a side effect of having modded characters. If you copy an entrance from another superstar to the modded superstar in-game it will break the moveset file. For some reason the game doesn't like it if you copy entrances to modded superstars. You have to totally re-install the mod again. It is really a pain. I thought that I could just copy entrances in-game and not use Data Editor, but for some reason it glitches out really bad if you do that. Even if you re-inject over the modded superstar you will have problems. I had to physically delete the .pac files and remove the reference to the modded superstar in the pac plus editor so that the .pofo and moveset files were deleted. Then I started all over installing it again. Try that, it might fix the issue.

Yeah that is what I thought. It is really a useful tool for editing and saving moveset files, but I recommend using Data Editor to fix the mod files downloaded from WrestlePlus. Since it is still in development, WrestlePlus can be glitchy at times. I enjoy using Data Editor every year, thanks for the insight. :D

Been a few weeks since I last used this, how do I add modded characters into Universe?

You just install mods from the Download Mods tab by downloading the .pac file and then injecting the .pofo and moveset files. It should ask you to do this automatically. Then after you install the modded character you can assign them to a show of your choice in Universe Mode. Just edit your shows and then add them to the roster and you should be all set. Have fun! :RVD_1:

That's an easy fix. Just click the ... button and tell it where your WWE 2K19 .exe is located. Once you find it double click on it and it should map it to the right drive. All of the other paths are just there for the folders that WrestlePlus uses. So they will be on the same drive that you installed WrestlePlus on. For some reason it assumes that your game is on the same drive as you installed the tool. So you just have to browse to where your .exe is located and it should change it to the drive letter where you installed WWE 2K19. Hopefully it works for you. Enjoy!
