I see what you mean. This file has a completely new file structure. Why don't you use the same pac from the ps3 version as that game uses the old format.

I would, but I don't have the PS3 version. Is there a way I can get said files?

I seem to be having a problem with the program. I've been injecting new wrestlers with cheat engine so I'm pretty confident in injecting files, not a complete newbie to it.Purchased X-Packer to make the process a little easier and it was well worth the donation to someone that has contributed so much to the community. My problem is I cant get it to work? For example, right now I'm trying to inject BraveBirds AJ Styles. I open X-Packer, go to File>Open>WWE 2k15>PC Save File>Wrestler info to inject AJ's POFO.I scroll through to my steam user files>240460>remote>mainbody0000 to grab my save. I then Inject the correct POFO to slot 303, save in X-Packer then Alt+Tab to 2K15 and make the game save. I scroll through my roster, AJ is nowhere to be found. I reload my Game Save in Xpacker and AJ's slot 303 is blank again. It's as if Xpacker isnt saving? I'm sure i'm doing something wrong here but i'ts got me stumped right now.

there is a button at the bottom save changes to memory.  Make sure you press that button each time you are loading someone in.

Yes I've noticed that and I'd hoped I just forgot to click it ,but I'm pretty certain I did. It gives you a message along the lines of "Changes written to memory, make sure to save in game to make changes permanent" or something like that. I then go to My WWE and change adam rose (The First person in the list) to a diffrent roster to make the game save, but still no dice?

Make sure you are using the 64 bit version of X-Packer or the changes will not be saved into memory. Let me know if it works for you.

@jakeypearce, you are going to have to contact one of the ps3 modders. Try @kim666 or @undertakerwlf.

@jakeypearce, yes just tell me what files you need and i upload them for you :)

@Kim, thanks for your offer. As to not derail from Tekken's thread, could you PM me please, The Rock (Retro)'s entrance from 2K16?

Thanks! :)

This has to be it, I've been using 86 bit. Thanks so much tekken!

Hey tekken do you have to make a new ver of xpacker when it comes out on pc March 12?

Posted (edited)

So I am using the old X-Packer (PC 2k15 one) and whenever I try to open Kidd's 000A file in it I get a jit debugging error. Other 000A files seem to work fine, I tried several time but no luck. :(

Any ideas why?

NVM figured out it needs hex editing. :)

@Twistedmisery666™ , there will be an update to X-Packer 2016 after the pc version is released. It will have support for the pc version.

@Auday Elyafe , some pac files reference the 000A differently. You need to extract this file individually and then uncompress using the "Decompress file with header using zlib" function under utilities.

Hey Tekken,

have you updated 2k15? I started over with a fresh 2k15 install. I used the new version of xpacker, even tried the last 4 releases of which should be working fine. If I just replace people it works fine, if i add anything to the arc file, it freezes at the second load screen which makes no sense. I know its the arc because if I replace just he arc then it works.  for some reason my Xpacker is not working.

Are you referring to the PC version? If so, the game will happily run without it.

From what I recall, 2k15 on the 360 had no issues on the arc. The arc update functions work the same as 2k14. I even did a comm dlc for 2k15 without any issues.

Any chance of caw parts being looked into so items don't have to be manually sculpted in blender/3ds max?

Posted

We're almost there... but in the meantime... I could use the activation code for Xpacker16. Yeah... I bought it and that's turn into another waiting game.

I looked into it last year and the parts weren't in standard yobj formats. I will look into it again as the caw parts from previous games are not 100% compatible.

As I mentioned in the first post, I am in a different timezone than most. It's morning now and I've sent you the code.

Will I have to re-purchase the software if I upgrade to Windows 10?
