There are possibly a dozen reasons why that information.  Give more information.

I added 2-3  titantrons

And all of them not run properly.They all lag.

can you tell me the settings of RAD tool to convert .mp4 videos to .bk2 of titantron.

I downloaded Baren corbin mod which comes along with its titantron and that titantron work fine.
