What you can do is, use your back up folder and use that locator file or download the pack again and try that. Hope it sorts it for you - come back if not. Quote

From what I've been told, it is due to the TNT LIVE graphic for the Nitro Arena.------------------------------To fix it you have to replace the locator file with the original oneI'm updating the pack and uploading but if you have a back up un-modded game folder then just go to this folder\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\WWE 2K15\pac\menu\Assets\_SingleRead\anime\locatorCopy the ltag_locator.pac file and then replace the one in your main game file.
