Hello Everyone,  I've found a way to extract/rip CAW textures so they can be edited later. For example if you want to update them etc...
The texture will be the same as  orignal superstar ones ( format and mapping)
Drive links are the tuto screen caps (I didnt know how to post the picture here)

FIRST YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD RENDERDOC AND LAUNCH IT AS ADMIN.

Now follow my tutorial :
1) Click on the "launch application" tab
2) Click on "the executable path" line  and  choose your wwe2k22 EXE

3) Click "Launch" at the bottom right.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ji4_jG6WxBF2VILlEflM3WyZD41fKR7b/view?usp=sharing

the game will start ( don't forget to launch steam before ;))

4) Go in CAS/CAW and chose the caw you want the texture from.
5) Press Prtsrc key on your keyboard.

RENDERDOC  will do a capture of the data of the game.

6) Go back to rednerdoc click the vignette looking like a screen cap of the game and it will load,

7) You can quit the game.

😎 Click on the "ressource inspector" tab

9) In the "ressourcel list" click any of the " 2d render target" line

10) Click on the green arrow saying "view contents"

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cMVpDvUWquXzOzpt22qG7dP66Atiryhk/view?usp=sharing

11)  You should now see  the texture list at the bottom and the preview window. Navigate through the list to find the texture you want to extract.
12) Once you find the texture you want, click on the disk icon (action)
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1g8lMP6EPg8aAgukFL4PnJOsGaQ4W213g/view?usp=sharing

13) Select the path to the folder you want to save your texture to.

14) (Dont change any of the settings (unless you know what you're doing)  click "save" : DONE !

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aeVEKtS0YGe32EVOZUZfUziZwdC1CZCh/view?usp=sharing

You can repeat  the last steps for the other textures you need.

When quiting renderdoc, say no when it asks if you want to save the capture (unless you want). Captures are a few Go Size and can quickly fill a hardrive ;)

Feel free to ask any questions ;)

i keep getting an error every time i hit view contents

Encountered a GPU device lost error: Logging device lost fetal error for DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED.
This may be due to an application bug, a RenderDoc bug, or insufficient resources on the system to analyse the capture.
It is recommended that you run your application with API validation enabled, as API usage errors can cause this kind of problem.
This error is not recoverable and the analysis cannot continue. The UI will be nonfunctional until the capture is dosed and reloaded.
If you think this may be a RenderDoc bug please click the button below to report it, but note that this will require you to upload the capture for reproduction as otherwise it is impossible to tell what the problem may be.

mmm i'm not sure what cause this error :( i had the dxgi _roor_device _removed once with the game and only the game in previous update but not anymore since  1.09.
I can't say for sure what is the cause of the problem.
