In his in thread on a different site he said that if people use it they should simply credit him. The original link he posted still works, i can PM it to you if want. Yeah alclegacy gave permission to release the rvd but I was holding off til I knew who made the textures as like I say I just found them on my old ov and decided to have a go at modding with them but take no credit for making any. 4 Quote

I was intending to release but then thought not to because most of the textures were sourced from the internet and not originally made. But had loads of requests from people to use it, so fill your boots. Sorry that it was never fully finished and alignment might be a bit off with some of the attires but enjoy , Link in 1st post.
