You have to extract the dds tectures then open in photoshop and modify the brightnes and reinjevt them

Extract the textures of the ch file (file 000C) using programs like "Pac Tool" then you have to open the extracted dds files with photo editor (adobe photoshop) and increase the brightnes. Then you have to create new 000C file using the edited dds files and reinject them into the ch file (pac tool)

Great stuff. Funny thing is the textures for the  Earthquake and Typhoon character model  ports I'm working on are not showing up tanned in 2k19.

i got the pac tool the one that says 2k15 pac tool i even extracted all_colour.dds head.dds and head_f.dds and even brighten up to 40 now how do i inject it back to the pack file

Hell Yeah! hoping for some NAO attires. Which ones are you doin? I'd love to see KOTR '99 Billy Gunn and Summerslam'98 too if you're taking requests. Any Road Dogg attires circa 1999 are awesome too. Liking which one you chose for him.

Good question. I make them in Data Editor 2018 and just edit them in game. Im patiently waiting for an update so i can actually add pofos and moveset

As of now Billys just edited  to be a brighter green and Road Dogg is the outfit in the pic lol i wouldn't have edited the attires except i couldn't stand RD plain attire from the earlier games
