infinite loading after game opening movie(before 'press any key')

after I updated steam, 2K17 occurs serious problem

how can I solve this problem?

Remove mods.

Back up save.

Verify the file integrity through Steam.

Do what @Perfectplex said, then install the empty chunk cache fix (if you don't know how to do it, you can do so easily do so by using the installer which you can acces by clicking the "Fix WWE 2k17 Startup crash with Mods" button in the Data Editor for WWE 2k17).
