Hi guys,

Noob here. Just downloaded this tool a few days ago...thanks Pozzum, it's fantastic. Just having a little bit of trouble getting some of the mods working correctly.

I have a few installed (Hulk Hogan, King Kong Bundy and Roddy Piper), but their pics aren't showing up at the screen to select them for a match. Just a blank avatar, like the moveset man.

*also, it's not showing Hogan's entrance.

(I'm trying to add a screen shot of the problem, but I can't figure out how to add it to this post. I promise, I'm not as special needs as it seems.)

Anways, any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

First of all WELCOME to the community

Until now it's impossible to add renders to modded superstars so they appear as blank avatar.

to get Hogan's entrance you need to download his entrance file from @tekken57 thread under hogan's tap to make it work

that is an issue with some movesets.  I'm not 100% sure if @Cave Waverider 's data editor will fix that if it will I will try to do a run on the moveset files I have in my database.

It should be possible. If simply clicking the Advanced Entrance Enabled checkbox in Data Editor doesn't work, you can load the .moveset file into the Data Editor, then click Load .moveset File Parts and load only the Advanced Entrance of a .moveset file where you know it's working on top of the one that isn't working. Then save.

That's no prob about the avatars....just wanted to make sure everything was working as it should.

I'll keep that noted.  I'll have to be fran the pofos and movesets have been lacking on my tool I know there are some mods that have ones available that I haven't uploaded yet.

When I actually go to advanced entrance then WWE loading sign shows and it goes away and then there is the only the background with smoke and that is what I get...its like a never ending loop

Brand new here and to modding WWE 2K as a whole, so excuse me if I come off as donkey-brained. I downloaded the program, did all the steps, and went to go download the mods I wanted. I tried to download CM Punk and the current attire for Braun, but even though I did all the steps to inject and install them, when I tried loading the game back up to use the mods neither of them were there, but everyone in the game has 10 attires by default now.

 

Anyone else encounter this? Did I miss a step? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. thanks so much making such a great program to simplify the modding on this game, well worth the money I donated

Is there a way to get Nakamura without getting the DLC? I can get Austin Aires and + The Club but I can't get Nakamura.

Yes so that moveset is missing an advanced animation so you need to inject a fixed one with WWE 2K17+ or CCT (fixing the file with data editor) Apologies for this issue,.

1 for some extra characters you will need to "Inject Pac Plus" each time you want to play with those characters (CM Punk) this is the most likely reason that he is not showing,  This may also tie into point 2.

2. You may need to adjust attire numbers when you download mods so the first attire is attire 0 the second is attire 1 ect.  If you need to change who has extra attires you need to use @Cave Waverider 's data editor also check the toolbox thread for additional background information.

I don't support DLC Piracy. My programs are built in a way to best prevent those that have not purchased the dlc from getting it.

Whenever I start my game any changes I made arent saved. How do I save all my changes? Like say I move John Cena to downloaded Superstars how do I keep him there for when I start my game up next time? Nothing I do I ever saved.

After you make the change, go to Edit superstars, select aiden English, change from heel to face, save, then change him back from face to heel, save. 

Your change will will be saved in memory now.

No man don't apologize its OK I did figure out a way as I used @Curb Stomp City mod of CM Punk and placed it in 131 and then edited a little data editor and it worked but it seems like the entrance that CM Punk has which is the entrance from earlier games if I go to edit entrance and change the music there then the animation changes completely so I had to change the music from Data Editor

Now, the question I have is regarding uploading mods (superstars.) I have assembled many mods since 2k15, many of which are no longer available. It seems to me that to be able to use these I would need @Cave_Waverider's injection tool is this correct? If so, that is fine, but is there a current Pac listing like you had last year so I can be sure all pacs are not in use already?
For instance, my AJ Styles used a different pac slot last year vs this year.

2nd, Is there a limit of 5 downloads/injections using your tool? (obviously 20 with donation) -- @Eri619 alone has more than 5 mods I would like.

Cave's tool would be needed for alt attires to work.  Not all 2K15 files work in 2K17 so hopefully you end up with some luck there (I've been slowly working on porting things)

Look in the Pinned toolbox thread for the memory sheet which contains what slots most wrestlers are in.

The downloads should refresh every 6 hours if this is not the case please let me know.

Eri has not sent me several of the mods previewed in his thread he is working to get those to me to put on the tool soon.

You should get an email to your paypal email within a day or 2 with a code to enter.

Well, first off thanks so much pozzum for all your work and effort you put into this!

EDIT: Had a problem with it not starting, but i looked @ first post and deleted the file from the %appdata% folder you mentioned. Now it starts again!

YEah I'm not sure what I can really fix to make it work better.  It's kind of an issue with the game itself as far as I know.

I know it's a long shot... But is there any way we can disable the major reversal...? Or at least reduce the cooldown time for it? It'd be awesome to have that feature in 2K17+
