Yes. Although you can just download the AllMovesID.data file @EL_G provided and replace the original data\DataLists\AllMovesID.data in the one with it so you won't have to wait until I get back home to work on the release.

Until recently the Alternate Attire Unlocker worked fine, but today I found out that it does not anymore. Tried reinstalling the attire unlocker too.

I get this error: "An error has occured while trying to generate the file! Please check your permissions, make sure the file ......misc01_start_p40.pac is intact and try again!"

Is there something broken? The game works fine, all is well. Just can't change which wrestlers I want to have unlockable attires.

Sounds like there is a problem creating the backup, either you don't have the correct permissions, the misc file you're trying to replace doesn't exist or you deleted the Data Editor's backups folder or sub-folder structure within. Try to copy the universal alternate attire unlocker's misc file into your game's pac folder from the resources folder manually.

Ah, I somehow deleted the backups folder. It's not there. It probably happened by accident, I usually delete the backup folder of the Sound Editor because it gets rapidly big in no-time.

Yeha, it has to be present and it's original folder structure, too. Restore it from the .zip archive. Feel free to delete the individually backed up files, though (even though there are tiny in size compared to the sound archives Sound Editor backs up ;) ).

H-hello there..

sorry for the huge noob question but, it's possible to edit CAWs with that tool ?

i mean, directly from the game ? or i have to extract them ? if i have..

what exactly i have to extract ?

i never used this and.. i'm lost.. (i don't even know, where are the files from CAWs..)
Caw is the only thing i'm interested to edit..
if there's a video.. it would be so helpful..
Sorry for my bad english..

I tried to change Nia Jax's weight class from "Diva" to "Super Heavyweight", hoping that it would then make her behave like a heavyweight in-game (other women superstars shoved off when trying to go for a grapple at the start of matches, opponents having to use weight detection grapples). Unfortunately after injecting the new pofo with WWE 2K17+, that doesn't seem to have worked. Nia Jax still behaves as though she's 115 pounds.

Is changing gender the only way to make this work?

yeah iirc females are automatically lightweight/cruiserweight.

I followed the tutorial to install wrestlers but it's not working for me.

I used Farooq for a quick test, his name shows in game but trying to play as him freezes the match up menu.

Just hovering over Farooq in Edit Superstars gives me Save file error.

Any idea what I did wrong?

Did you install the appropriate .pac files with CCT and do they use the same IDs as the .pofo and .moveset files you installed?

I figured it out thanks. This is still a very confusing process for me but I'm slowly getting it.

Can you replace a wrestler in a different slot?

I'm trying to replace JBL (APA) where the unlocked NPC "Lady Assistant" slot is.

The name is now JBL, I'm pretty sure the announcer says JBL, but she still comes out with the lady model

you'd need to remove the Lady Announcer ch file and change the APA JBL to match that Lady Announcer Slot Number.

If I already have Pozzum's WWE 2K17+ do I really need CCT/Data Editor? Is there anything the latter does that I can't do from the former or ingame?

Yes. I use all three. CCT is my usual go-to for altering Pofo/movesets and injecting Renders. Universal Attire unlocker is a crucial tool as well, which is what I use Data Editor for primarily. 2K17+ for downloading mods, unlocking characters, switching genders. But it all depends on what you want to do with your game. All the tools are phenomenal for their own purposes.

Thanks a lot. Doesn't WWE2k17+ already include the universal attire unlock though? Is Data Editor's more preferable?

The Data Editor's Alternate Attire Unlocker GUI will allow you to set which 100 wrestlers have how many attires unlocked and will also allow you to set attire names.
Also, it's helpful if you want to make any adjustments to existing .pofo or .moveset files or try to repair broken/incomplete ones that are sadly floating around still.

Those attires names are controlled by the strings.pac file.  You can edit it to whatever you want.

What programs do I need to just add missing superstars and their moves to the roster?

2K17+ allows you to download and install both modded and left out wrestlers from previous versions (ie. Batista, Regal, Piper, etc).

CCT will allow you to install Pofo, moveset, render, videos, but you cannot download mods or wrestlers through the program.

Good news for those that had problems with Data Editor not scaling properly when using Windows Display Scaling: One of the recent Windows 10 Updates fixed/added more compatibility options for High DPI Scaling and it's now possible to display Data Editor (and other programs programs that didn't work properly with Windows Display Scaling - like those based on Java or many others) by doing the following:

1. Open Windows Explorer (Win+E).
2. Navigate to the directory you have installed Data Editor in.
3. Right-click on "Data Editor.exe".
4. Click "Properties".
5. Click on the "Compatibility" tab.
6. Tick the checkbox "Override high DPI scaling behavior."
7. Click on the dropdown box under "Scaling performed by:".
8. Select "System".
9. Click the "OK" button.
10. Start the Data Editor and enjoy proper scaling.

I've tested this on my UHD TV at a resolution of 3840x2160 with "Change the size of text, apps and other items" set to 200% in Windows 10 Pro 1703 (Build 15063.540) and it works fine. Not sure about other scaling factors, please let me know your findings. Note that you might have to log out of your Windows user account and back in (or restarting Windows) after setting/changing display scaling settings in order for it to take full effect.

I'm not sure if Microsoft also fixed the high DPI scaling compatibility settings for older operating Systems, but I somewhat doubt it (it's still possible to upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7 or 8 for free using an official .iso and Win 7/8 product key, by the way).
