Not explicitly. I'm not even sure how the mirroring works. I assume it isn't mirroring the moves dynamically but just has a mirrored move animation for certain moves, in which case you should be able to just select the mirrored version of the move in the Data Editor's Moveset editor (you'd have to figure out which one that is, though). If the game does do it dynamically, though, there might be flags to mirror moves in the .moveset file that are yet undiscovered. If someone finds out which bytes control them, I might be able to add the functionality to the program.

@Cave Waverider  hello my friend how are you? i disturb you, because i have this kind of problem with data editor.....i try to download, and when i try to open your tool,  arrive a message with write that there is a java error..... i don't know why! i have the latest  update of java, maybe i need some special version of javA? or i need to set somethin in my PC? please i want try to use your tool...

The latest version of Java should work fine.

Are you on Windows 10 Creators Update, by any chance? If so, make sure all your programs are updated, especially ones that hook the Direct3D library, for example overlays like RTSS, etc.. The Windows Update changed the way Direct3D works, so anything that hooks D3D .dlls needs to be updated to conform to the new standard.

yes i have windows 10, but i'm not an expert of Pc so, i don't know how to start for update evry thing that you speak.....i check and i have directx 12, latest version, i need to download direct3D??

No, you just need to update the programs that cause problems. I've explained it in this very thread a couple of posts back when the Creator's update first started rolling out. As of how get the latest versions and update these programs (or update programs in general), use your favorite internet search engine to find out (but don't let yourselves be fooled by universal "update installers" etc. as they rarely work and are often malware or ransomware in disguise).

Hey Cave! Universal attire unlocker works well. But I have 2 issues:-

1. Whenever I do any changes in the Alternate Attire Unlocker menu, they change back to default when I reopen Data Editor. (Like changing Slot 1 from Finn Balor to 508).

Maybe because I can't find a save button.

2. Alternate Attires work fine but victory music doesn't plays.

Please help.

 

EDIT:  Okay then fixed the first issue. The save button was there...It was out of the display so I rotated display to 90 degree to get it.

Please help me with 2nd issue- victory music.

Load the wrestler's .moveset file (you can export it to Data Editor with CCT), tick the Victory Music Workaround checkbox, then re-inject the updated .moveset file via CCT.

@Cave Waverider  hello friend!!! finally i open your data editor, i delete some obsolute file of java and now work.........................can you help me to tell me how to give titantron for superstar, because when i inject superstar with CCt, there is a message that say, assigne Titantron with data editor, but how i can do this? thank you really appreciate.

I was wondering if there is any way to replace the create a video movies with the data editor. Because I am not sure if the created video selections in the minitron and titantron settings are for the videos that are already given in the create a video creation tool. I think the listings in Data Editor are for created videos that are made through the creation tool. I tried replacing the actual .bk2 file and tried making a video but it cuts the video to the original length of the original .bk2 file. It would be great if we could use these videos directly with Data Editor, because if we could use these videos we wouldn't have to replace titantrons that actually matter.

(If anyone is confused I am talking about the .bk2 files in the movies/cav directory)

You don't have to replace titantrons. You can simply make one and put it in the /movies/titantron directory with an unused ID in the name and set it in the .moveset file with the Data Editor. It won't be accessible in Create an Entrance, but as long as you don't go into Create an Entrance the Titantron will stay. I usually use the ID of the added wrestler, for example, if I added Bobby Roode as Wrestler ID 700, I'd name his titantron ENT_0700_0_0.bk2 (I like to use upper case "ENT" for my modded trons to immediately distinguish them with a glance from the lower case "ent" trons that come with the game, it isn't case sensitive so the game will be able to read it either way) and select the Titantron Video ID to 700_0_0 in his .moveset file.

As for accessing the create a movie templates, I don't know if the game allows you to do so. Perhaps it's an ID lead by another number, similar to how tag team trons are accessed with ID+1000 (example: tag_0000_0_0.bk2 is accessed by setting the tron ID 1000_0_0 in the Data Editor/memory). But maybe they aren't accessible at all. You can try the IDs available in the Data Editor via trial and error and let me know if you figure it out, or try some other IDs manually (you can also manually add any IDs that aren't accessible in the Data Editor by editing the TitantronID.data file with a text editor).

The Created Video IDs you can select and are labeled in the Data Editor as "Created Video" (starting with 10_0_0 = CVID*0000, although I'm unsure what the maximum of created trons the game can access is) are for the actual created videos in your save folder. I don't know how you would modify/replace those, however. Maybe one of the save game gurus can help you out there.

hi cave, how do i put custom alternate attire string names. do i have to change the order of the byte? for example: 44 AA i have to write it in the tool as AA 44? or still 44 AA? 

the string table is broken.. the custom strings addresses dont work. im confused because the string_win.pac by pozzum doesnt coincide with his string table..

You type it in the way it is listed in the String table, so you can simply copy and paste (no spaces in there either).
As far as I know, the last couple of versions of the String table were bugged, but the latest one should work. Make sure to update it to the latest version. If that doesn't work, best ask Pozzum what's up in his toolbox thread as he's been keeping the String file updated.

Thanks i forgot to edit this.. I got it fixed by clicking the update string in 2k17+ as i wasnt wanting to use 2k17+, turns out the table is correct but the string file on his actual page is not uptodate. Best use update string in 2k17+ than to downlod from that link, also i would like to commend you for the custom strings feature this year it is so easy! And lastly the coordination from the string team is really impressive and custom attires have never been easier.. Thank you guys!

The 44aa was just an example hehe

I have a basic question because I'm just now getting around to using the attire unlocker... How would I remove some of the slots I don't care about? Would I just put it back to Select ID? Also, what's the original list of the people who had a certain amount of attires in game? I want to put some of them back to where they were

Hi cave im getting this bug where bictory music only plays after the match replay when using alternate attires.. Is this normal for the victory music work around? As the game is supposed to play the music right after the pinfall..

Yeah this is normal. As far as I know that is how the workaround works.

Can you confirm to this man @Cave Waverider? Thanks @iamtheVP I thought it was just me.. It wasnt like this in 2k16 so i got was worried.. Anyway i really commend cave for his work on this tool it has gone a long way.. :)

Yes, this happens with a workaround for most wrestlers with most attires (not for others, which is odd) most of the time (it probably has to do with the templates which we haven't figured out yet - otherwise we could also assign different entrances/victory scenes to different attires and we probably wouldn't need the workaround in the first place). Without the workaround, the music wouldn't play at all. However, if you assign a different victory music than the default one for the wrestler, it might start playing right away (but this also doesn't seem to work for every wrestler).

You can assign an unused ID (Select ID might work, too, but I haven't tried) and/or you could try setting the unlocked attire numbers for the wrestler to 1 or 0.

As for the original ones, the first 16 wrestlers listed in the Universal Alternate Attire Unlock Readme (you can find a button to bring it up in the Tools, Help... tab of the Data Editor) are the ones that have alternate attires available to use by default.

@Cave Waverider hi my friend how are you today, i need an advice and i will appreciate if you can help me. I use  custom c T of the visitor, i try to put e moveset file modify with Data editor, for my caw number 1, i did the same process for the other superstars not caw, but nothing wrong.....when i try in game i can't see titantron modify and nothing.....any help please?

hi cave, is there a way to make apollo crews not DLC? his offset is kind of busted, and i wa shoping you would know what to do,,

apollo crew's 2k rating is 78

i edited it to become 84

so i click the carmella fix on 2k17+ and injected him back so he would appear in game..

now,, he is non dlc and i accidentally made him 83,,,

so i go about my business and then realized everytime i restart my game.. apollo is on DLC again and his rating is 84!, then i open pozzums 2k17+ and click the carmella fix,, then

he is at 83 again,, which is so weird... what im trying to do is go on cheat engine directly and then edit the byte which makes him DLC but i dont know which byte to change because this looks a lot different from the one in 2k15 which is the last time i used cheat engine.. i hope you can help :) 

the reason why i want him to become non-dlc is because im putting everyone with render on the SUPERSTARS list, and all mods with no renders will be in the DLC.. but now apollo is still always in the DLC category and its driving me crazy

No idea. Apollo Crews is in the Superstars Menu for me without issue (I've also never experienced the Carmella bugs, etc.). It must have something to do with WWE 2k17+ in conjunction to your save game. Perhaps injecting him without running WWE 2k17+, saving the game and restarting it will help. Maybe try to ask Pozzum in the WWE 2k17+ thread if he has any ideas. As for bytes, check Pozzum's memory table (click the memory table in the Data Editor) and/or check out the WWE 2k17 * analysis thread linked in my signature.

Yeah he fixed the problem had to do some experimentation himself because his save is new and the last patch messed up new saves
