If the files are in 2K17 format, it's impossible to replace (without X-Packer) since they don't have the ID inside

What about changing the name of the pac and using HxD to go and change the shdc file?

I used that method  A LOT in 2K16, but 2K17 pac files don't seem to have ID inside them, do they ? How do we change the ID ?
