this is pertaining to career. has anyone gone into their t-shirt sales for it to say "No Match"? i keep getting that

I have facing a issue of black skin of superstar i think it is break out skin glitch but i don't found any fix for that. I any match and in main menu all my superstar skin becomes black and also opponent superstar and even the refree skin also becomes black
