Having Trouble Installing Superstars

I was able to add Jeff Hardy, Rey Mysterio, RVD and Kurt Angle's pofo and movesets using cheat editor and they all worked fine once I changed the future string but now I am unable to add any other wrestlers. I have tried to add many wrestlers from hollywood hogan to goldberg to scott steiner and many others and not one of them appears in the game. I haven't changed either the process that i used to install them nor have I changed the version of the game or anything else. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be. If anyone can give me some advice or things to try or change I would really appreciate it. I love adding these wrestlers and are very grateful for the hard work everyone has done to create the wrestlers, mods and tools we use to customize the game. Thanks

I suggest you use the Data Editor in conjunction with Custom Character Tools to install the mods, as it's much easier and less error prone than using other methods.
Load the .pofo and .moveset files in the Data Editor (or create them yourself), make sure their IDs are properly set (same as the ch<ID>XY.pac file(s) you wish to install) and use the "Install * via Data Editor" buttons to install them. Load the ch*.pac file(s) you wish to install in Custom Character Tools and install those as well and after saving the game (by making a small change to a wrestler in MyWWE in the game like changing the brand or something) a restart of the game, you should be set.
