Swapping Divas models to Superstars models

Hello everyone.

I was wondering how it was possible to swap Divas model to Supersars one: for example, swapping Paige's model to Breeze's one, so that in Story Mode you face her instead of Breeze.

I'm not talking about a gender swap, just a model swap.

 

I know it's possible somehow, but everytime I try by swapping the .ch, renaming them and adjusting the address via the hex editor, the game crashes on start up.

Can anyone help me?

Odd. Although I haven't tried this in WWE 2k16, it should work if you rename the ch*.pac and the PACH files in the EMD section properly (make sure that you haven't changed the file size), unless there is some sort of safety in place. You might want to try copying their respective original ch*.pac files elsewhere, rename them to the respective other IDs and use Custom Character Tools to install the .pac files instead, as that will rename the PACH files automatically.

Since you are getting crashes at startup, have you installed the chunk_cache.bin fix? If not, you can use the Data Editor to do so (Follow the Tutorial titled "Use Data Editor to easily fix the WWE 2k16 game Crash on Startup when Mods are Installed") and see if that helps.
