How to install ch pac 396 (scott hall mod by tekken57)?

I asked him, but he never answer me. So I do this thread. 

 

How to install scott hall mod by @tekken57 Because the file only contains 396.pac and should be 39602, 39612,etc and 39604, 39614,etc. Do i have to convert it or what?

You don't need that always. One pac is enough for Scott Hall.

No, there is no need to rename it. The name of the ch*.pac file doesn't matter anyhow (except if you install the ch*.pac file itself via Custom Character Tools, in which case the file name must contain the proper ID number of the wrestler). In theory, you could just rename it chScottHall.pac and it would still work. The important thing is the name of the PACH file(s) (000XXXYZ) inside the .pac file and those are properly set the way you download them. But if you aren't sure, use Custom Character Tools to install the ch*.pac file and it should adjust the PACH file names inside accordingly for you.
