What files do I need to extract using X-Packer to start modding in Blender?

...Okay, so I am not trying to be a clueless newb but I feel like I am making this harder than it has to be and am just trying to find a crystal clear tutorial.

I want to (1) extract the required files from WWE 2k16 PC using XPacker/XRey to (2) edit them in blender to model a wrestler not currently in the game. Steps I have taken:

1. I bought XPacker 2016

2. I downloaded and installed Blender

3.  I downloaded a four-part tutorial from MINCHOSHEEN found here http://smacktalks.org/forums/topic/61006-minchos-mod/ showing how he created AJ Styles using these tools

...The problem for me is that the tutorial starts off with a bunch of files already extracted from the game into a custom directory, but doesn't explain (1) which files he pulled or (2) why they are needed. He references this thread http://smacktalks.org/forums/topic/52811-x-packer-104-x-rey-16-official-thread-x-rey-16-released/ and this forum http://smacktalks.org/forums/forum/264-modding-discussion/ as places where tutorials can be found, but it doesn't seem like there are any beginner threads that actually explain how to use X-Packer to accomplish this goal.

...I am just trying to find an XPacker 2016 tutorial that explains (1) what files I need to extract to edit a wrestler and (2) how to put the files back in once I've edited them in Blender. Can anyone help?
