You can't have one licence for 2 PCs. A licence is for one PC.

If you made a mistake and activated your trainer on the wrong PC, then let me know so you can transfer it to your other PC.

Keep it mind that if you transfert your licence to another PC, it will stop to work on the original one.

If you want it to work for multiple PCs, then you have to buy more licences.

When you say the trainer works for the 1.01 version, do you actually mean the 1.05 version? (The current one)

Also, are the changes in CAWs attires permament or do I have to update them every time I close the game?

Yes its the 1.05 version. I said 1.01 because there has been only one update on PC since the launch of the game. But yes, it works with 1.05.

As for the CAWs attires, you mean changes made with the CAW editor ? If so, then yes its savable.

Can I get a refund, I bought it and I tried using it and it stopped working. I tried to redownload it from the email you sent me and it said the link was longer available. I have no problem with people charging for their hard work but I do have a problem with bad customer service.

I do not have a bad customer service. If you don't have access to the tool and you sent me an email about it then surely it should have been fixed. As I always answer my customers.

If it did not get fixed, then its for a reason and that reason has been told to you. I don't like people trying to rip me off either. If you have any issue with the tool then use the website to contact me, or email me with the email you bought the tool with.

Please just stop. I will not give the tool free. I will not give you the source code. Respect that decision, and please don't bring this whole thing up again.

I have a refund policy and a reinstallation policy. To be eligible for a refund you have to meet some criteria, as any other business does. For the 2K16 Trainer, IF one customer is not eligible for a refund (because the licence was used or because of another reason that could justify the refund ineligibility) this customer still and ALWAYS has the right for a re-installation key so the tool gets fixed for him (a key received within one week after the re-installation key request) if he wishes to.

As I said I don't have a bad customer service, it is not arrogant or anything. I really don't. Because I do my best to try to fix any issue people might have with my tools and answer any question they might have about using its features, doing Team Viewer sessions etc... Some people not having what they demand doesn't mean the customer service is bad, I just make objective decisions based on multiple factors.

However, of course when something doesn't go as planned for someone it is sure you will hear more about unsatisfied customers rather than hear about satisfied customers, that's how it works in this world and I can't do nothing about that. And it is certainly more true for me, as some people (even though they didn't experience any issue with me over the years) won't want to post here to stand for me because it would get them heat to do so. I understand that. And I'm ok with it.

If anyone has an issue about something or has an issue with me, then email me about it or use my website to contact me. Posting things like Alexa do will just turn out this topic, again, into a useless "comments" war that won't be doing any good regarding the tool itself or the main purpose of this topic (which is suggesting features or asking questions about the tool itself, its use etc...).

i know this question may be slightly ridiculous but if there was a way to get body morphing for 2k16 working in the trainer, would it be possible to do the same for 2k17. Or perhaps a caw importer.

Hello,

You mean like going beyond the maximum or minimum limit of the slider when doing body morphing ? I tried but It was not really stable so I didn't include it in the tool.

As for a CAW importer for 2k17, I will try, but it will ultimately depend on how much changes there will be on the 2K17 CAW system.
