Out of curiosity, whose face did you use as a base?

You should consider using one of Los Matadores as the base. Considering they are his relatives, their faces are pretty close to Carlito's before any modifications are made (see JAYMEETEE's thread where he unmasked them).

yes i tried it but in his model facial animations cant be disabled with x-rey.i tried it many times but still same problem.

Perhaps try the manual way of disabling animations (http://smacktalks.org/forums/topic/56993-tutorial-how-to-disable-facial-animations/). I remember a post somewhere else saying that worked when X-Rey didn't.

Also, if the changes made a relatively minor (and given the similarity in the base faces they may be) then you shouldn't need to disable animations at all.

Your call, I just think using Primo/Epico as a base would make the face much more accurate. :)

yes i completely agree with u primo his brother has similar face structure like carlito.i will try it thanks

I feel like you rush your mods so much. Honestly most of your mods don't look like who they're supposed to be. If that carlito had fandango's hair I would assume its fandango.

i agre with u in most of my mods face is the part i struggle to make i learned it after a disaster kurt angle mod.i am trying to improve on it.

carlito mod face still not finished just attire and body is done.i wont rush my mods from now on.

thank man this method did the trick and disabled facial animation.

now to transfer all the work i have done to this base.

just need a little help could someone pls bake the face texture in blender for me.no matter how many times i try its not working.always flipped vertical or sideways.

Maybe ask someone that's really good with faces like @MinchoSheen or @bravebird31 to give you pointers.

It would be cool to figure out how to add such props as entrance objects. Might be cool to add a Singapore Cane to Tekken's Sandman or a lead pipe for Scott Steiner as well and such.

i think its possible just find the id of singapore cane and rename it to stings base ball bat id and replace it in props folder and give sandman sting entrance in create an entrance mod.it might work

Yeah, I'd just rather have it in the ch*.pac so I can use one of the Shield Entrances or Roman's Entrance that go through the crowd. Besides, I don't want to mess up Sting's entrance. :)

I was actually thinking about that this morning, @Cave Waverider. It probably wouldn't look good, but why not edit an 001A/001B to fit an object in his hand? Probably would be a bit glitchy and look bad, but it'd be feasible.

Changing models and assets isn't my field of expertise, so I won't be able to do it, but I think it might be worth a shot if anybody with more experience would like to try.

The issue is with the bones in the apple. Some props have a different rigging system and the pc version animations don't work on it. There is no solution for this.

Like Auday told you, hold back the mod till you're completely satisfied that it's as accurate as you can make it, and then release. I'm sure people prefer few high-quality mods rather than a bunch of low quality ones. 

Carlito is shaping up really well :)

The eyes much smaller and neck is should be a little smaller and he looks a bit too stiff if you get what i mean

It looks okay but a bit of friendly advice I like everyone here appreciates you're hard work but remember the saying quality over quantity, try focusing on one mod at a time as imo some of these mods seem very rushed.
