Boxes, entry ways, trusses, etc... each arena has different things that you might be able to open and 3ds max and stretch and move around to match a structure in your pic.... you just gotta go around and do some trial and error... if you find an object from another that might be option to re-create an object in your Thunder arena, just inject it into an arena by creating your pach in XPacker... or I think you can inject an object into another object as long as it has less vertices... it's a lot of guess work...
