A noob question im new here how do i use this tool by the way of cheat engine totally confused please help

I'll have to take a look at it as it would fit with all the other videos I've made, so I'll have a look at it.

Of course someone else can make one as well if they want.

That'd be great, although perhaps better suited for a later version, unless you plan to update the tutorial frequently.

One has to be aware that it's still an alpha build and the interface, general features and functionality could potentially change significantly in future versions, especially once we get into beta- and closer to actual stable release-builds, so a tutorial for an earlier alpha build could potentially be confusing with a newer one.
Also keep in mind that since it is an alpha test, it might be wiser for testers to figure things out on their own and report any bugs or issues they may encounter with their approach rather than follow a certain formula everyone follows. Some bugs and issues might only come to light in certain sequences of actions among other things.

+ Moveset Creator: Split the Advanced Entrance Button into Five separate buttons for Intro, Stage, Ramp, Ring-in and Ring, respectively
+ Moveset Creator: Advanced Entrance Creator: Added Popup Windows for each category with respective GUI elements to edit Motion, Nameplate, Lighting 1-5, Pyro 1-5 and Screen Effect 1-5 as well as their starting positions on the respective timelines.

There are some wrong id in the moveset creator. Standing strike's 'slap 1' is using 'slap 1' grapple move, also standing strike''elbow smash 2' is using ladder move's 'elbow smash 2' . Running strike's 'clothesline 1' is using a different 'clothesline 1'. Probably strong strike's 'clothesline 1'. Please fix those.

Does this happen with these moves loaded from existing templates or does it just happen when choosing the move manually (also, there are multiple versions of each move listed with the same name but different ID as all moves are available for all move slots right now - until someone helps sorting the moves for individual lists for each move type - have you tried them all?)?

Do you have the correct IDs for the incorrect moves, by any chance? I got the list from the Moveset Hacking thread.
If you would like to give me the IDs of moves that are named the same and tell me which one is which version, I'll gladly update the list to reflect that.

In fact, I could use lots of help with getting all the lists for the dropdown boxes in order as most of them aren't quite accurate yet, so if anyone would like to help, you are invited to send me a private message! :)

An idea I have would be to add the announcer name after the unused wrestler IDs. For example, 344 - announces as The Rock, or 356 - announces as John Cena. That could help for mods.

Actually I found the bugs when I installed the 'Hideo Itami' moveset from the moveset/pofo database. But as the moveset was based on AgeofSandow's I think the moves are chosen manually. sahailee can give more information as he is creator of that moveset.

Yeah, it just appears that the wrong moves with the same name for the respective slots were chosen form the list. So not really bugs, it seems. But I'll add notes to the doubles once people identify which ID is for which situation. :)

You're most welcome I wanted to get as many features in for you guys to test as possible before I have to take a break from working on them. I likely won't have time to work on the tool much in the next couple of weeks, but I'm sure once things settle down I'll have enough feedback and bug reports to give me headaches when I have more time on my hands again. :)

Sorry, I meant wrong id, not bug but I mentioned that at the start. BTW again thanks for the attire unlock feature. It'll be of great help :)

I was using this tool today, and I thought of a couple of things you could add:

1) Preset moveset templates to the moveset creator

2) In the pofo creator, functionality to type out the attribute values rather than select from a list (probably have a two digit limit on it or something)

Not trying to criticize the tool in any way, just listing stuff that would make it better :)

Tried the program and it works great. thank you for your work.

Question: is it possible to edit winning animation for CAW? i'm fairly new to wwe 2k15 modding and not sure if CAW have POFO files or is it even possible with CE. I've use Pozzum table and tutorials but theres no option for CAW winning animation.

1. If you would like to volunteer and re-create the generic preset movesets (or extract them from somewhere and save them into a .moveset file - I'm not sure how one would go about that, however), I'll gladly include them in the templates folder. The ones form wrestlers are available in the moveset template folder already anyhow.


2. You should be able to click on the dropdown box and just type in the value. It seems to work for me, at least.

I'm pretty sure it would be possible, but that would require analysis and a nice breakdown of the CAW save files. Right now I know too little about these things and also don't have the time needed to figure them out. If somebody figures that out, I would certainly consider adding support for CAW wrestler Info and moveset files in the future as well.

Cave Waverider, will it be possible to add the "hidden moves" to the game? Specifically, the Corkscrew Moonsault. It is only accessible as a diving attack if you load up Sin Cara's preset moveset. However, I think we will need to access it as a finisher now that Lord Justice is creating La Parka :p

EDIT: Ignore, didn't realize this was already there as Diving Corkscrew Splash.

The hidden moves that have been discovered in the moveset hacking thread are already in the tool. If anybody finds another one, please let me know the Hex ID and Name and I'll add it to the tool. Also, if any of the moves are named wrong compared to what they show up as in the game, please do let me know what they are named in the tool and what in the game so I can correct it.
On a side note, I've got some "Unknown" move slots in the tool that don't show up in the in-game game's moveset creator still. If anybody figures out what they are for, please let me know as well so I can update their description in the tool.

Can you make it where it doesn't cut off the bottom of the screen? I don't want to have to hack my registry just to change the DPI settings.

I'm planning to do so when I redo the GUI, which will be done when getting closer to a stable release version. I want to have all features implemented before creating the final GUI as GUI programming in Java is a bit of a pain. Alas, I don't have much time to work on the tool right now either, so it'll still be quite a while.

By the way, if you're using a recent Nvidia or AMD drivers, you might also be able to use DSR (Nvidia) or VSR (AMD) to use resolutions that are higher than what your display supports (with older drivers you might try "Downsampling" as well, although that would probably take quite a bit to set up). A virtual resolution with 1080+ pixels with DPI settings at 100%/small should suffice for the tool.

By the way, does the same thing happen for the Wrestler Information and Moveset tab or can you see the bottom buttons on one or the other?

Update: I've thought of something that could b a quick hack to expand the scrollable area. I'll try it out inernally and see if it works. If it does, I'll release it in the next update so hopefully all of you with smaller resolution screens will be able to use the tool in a better way.

A new Alpha build is now available for download in the top post. This one is just a small update and mainly meant to make it usable for people with lower resolution displays. However, some smaller tweaks and additions have been made as well. Hopefully nothing broke due to this, as I didn't have time to test much myself. I'm very much looking forward to your feedback. 2015.10.04: VERSION 0.5.1 Alpha:
+ Added a horizontal scrollbar to the Wrestler Information Creator Tab.
+ Added a dirty hack that enables a large scrolling area of roughly double the size of the content which should hopefully allow users with resolutions smaller than 1920x1080 or with various levels of Display Scaling or DPI settings to access all GUI elements by scrolling vertically and/or horizontally in both the Wrestler Information and Moveset Creator tabs.
+ Added a Moveset Files\Templates\Preset Movesets\ subfolder with Preset Movesets created by TheHeartbreakKid.
+ Moveset Creator: Added additional type description to some moves with the same name. Note that many others still require identification.
+ Made slight tweaks to some GUI windows and elements.
