Is it possible to add Entrances from old games

I know that its been said that you cant import entrances for people like Goldberg as they need extra items etc but would it be possible to add entrance animations for The Dudleyz and Jeff Hardy into the game?

Please take a look at the first few seconds of when he jumps from the barricade. The rest of the animation MAY still be the same. Nevertheless, it's still different.

Its a bit different, but yes I think its so weird that he would use that entrance and only that entrance, he never ever posted another one again.

I saw somewhere Tekken said it's not possible as they are different formats or something along those lines.

Im baack. Making some progress since my laptop with all my entrance data had a harddrive failure which made it need to be wiped. I havent tested any entrances as of late. EVZ is the animation. EVP and/or EVP2 is the pyro etc. I have a feeling the animation ids r different so the only way we can get it to work is if we edit the anim ids. Similar to svr series. I will try to do it now while i got time.

The animation format is the same they r both of YANM format. Which means they should work the same in some sense. BUT i looked at the file size difference between 2k15 and 2k14 entrances. 2K15 ones r HUGE! they kick 2k14's ass! here is one other thing i picked up:

2k14 - 96 different YANM animations
2k15 - 100+ different YANM animations

These r just in one entrance pac file. I looked at Roman Reigns' and his 2k14 had 96 different YANM animations whilst his 2k15 one had 100+ different animations. Im not 100% sure this is a correct calculation coz its late and im tired. I do know that since the 2k14 ones r smaller they should work. but if they dont hold the same as 2k15 they may not work. In svr series. 06 Entrances dont work in svr 2011 even when changing the anim ids coz its missing the intro part of the entrance. Thats all im doing for now and tomorrow ill look into it more if u need help. PM me or contact eri619 he knows quite a lot about this.

Then why is it, that when I did 2K14 Ambrose's entrance it worked, but when I did AE Rock, it didn't?

I think a better question is how do you change the animation ID? I found something that MAY be of relevance, and this is the wrestler name in the file. I'm curious to see what would happen if the name was changed.

U can try but thats evp. Evz u need to do some hard stuff

What do you need to do with the EVZ file?

Hard stuff.

Define it, please. I'm prepared to have a go!

I've had a look at this earlier this weekend and didn't have any success. The animation file consists of a number of different files.

The first file contains the data for the camera and ropes. I think it also contains the wrestler animations but the wrestler does not appear if this file is replaced with an older animation.

Changing the the id has no effect.

According to @CenzTom, it's the EVZ file you want, NOT EVP. Are there differences between Cenz's Ambrose, and the stock 2K14 Ambrose entrances? If there is, that might give us clues as to what needs to be accomplished...
