I never steal others mods and say it as mine I just used the model to make the mod I tried pming askig permission but got error message that gamelite can't receive Any messages that's why I credited him for the model and all the textures r made by me I just used model as base.

You still did not have permission. You could have gone about other ways of getting permission. For example I couldnt message AgeofSandow to ask to use one of his movesets, so I tagged him in a thread asking permission, knowing that would give him a notification and he'd likely see it. To use someone's mod WITHOUT permission is IMO considered stealing, whether you credit them or not.

First of all, and I know I'll get jumped on because I don't actually mod, but most of you act like this is a real life serious issue. Well let me tell you that this  has that happened to me during the time I was creating Story Designer stories in previous WWE games. Took me much effort, lots of time and all that and I had people STEALING everything I did (by hacking since I had set "Editing" OFF to prevent it) and got lots of credit for it. It went as far as some saying I was the one copying him, which clearly wasn't true and I had evidences of that.

Still, I'm not gonna cry about it. It's a videogame and I did it for my own and others amusement and I KNOW there's people who will try to do something like that. It's almost impossible to prevent. Now wanna know something a bit more serious? I've had people in my actual job as Senior Marketing Account taking credit for work I did. Now THAT'S something to be really pissed off about. That's a real job, with real life consequences for your future. That's something worth jumping on a case. This? This is a fun hobby for most and NO, I'm not taking away anything from anyone. Far from it, I'm one of those who's constantly appreciating people's modding work, even if I don't particulary care for a certain mod. I still like to see people's amazing work and give props for it.

I'm also the same guy who prevented someone over at 2K Forums to steal bravebirds work and claim it as their own. The same thing goes for Bannockburn's mods, which I also helped preventing some issues so I am totally against all kinds of stealing others work but make no mistake about it, there's a lot of people eager to just jump with all the guns in hand even when the situation doesn't actually requires such a thing. I don't think this one requires that type of attack but more of a friendly warning, in order to avoid confusions.

Classic. No surprised whatsoever that you went there. I'll repeat, and underline for you, I DO NOT MOD. And yet, I do have friends who do mod (not WWE games tho) and I DO KNOW the effort it takes and the hours they spent on it so please, don't come with that. I'm perfectly aware of all the issues that comes with modding and that's why I always show tons of respect for those who do it, even more when I can have actually use them for my own amusement. So I totally understand it.

Still doesn't mean every situation needs to be adressed the same way.

Guys guys just wait a second iam reading all of the comments and trying post my comment from 1hour my stupid fucking phones battery got low.

Even though I registerd here in may I tried making mods but it didnt work out then I left and started making ps2 mods I haven't read any theft topics hell i haven't been active here long enough to know about tagging system I just started making 2k15 mods again few days back i will try to learn how things work here.

If Gamelite or AGS want it removed it will remove it no need to continue this.

There may be more important things to worry about in your life, your life problems don't project onto others. In fact, allow me to enlighten you. I run a business with my wife and earn £72,000 (Sometimes £68,000 depending on the market/weather) a year and have a daughter, I pay my taxes and I have a holiday twice a year - I still have plenty of time to invest in my hobbies (Free Masonry, Charity, Modding, Customizing etc) to which I take incredibly serious just like I do with my business. I didn't get to where I am today by twiddling my fingers, worrying about things I have no need to worry about.

You may have things in your life that take priority in ranked seriousness, however it doesn't project to everybody else's lives.
