bravebird31 Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 Yeah I just started looking in the mot00.pac and there are a LOT yanm files. So I think this is it....but YIKES this is gonna take time figuring out what's what. Quote
Red Rooster Posted November 5, 2014 Author Posted November 5, 2014 If you can find the part of the string file that has the move names there will be a correlation between the name and the move animation. I think thats your best bet. Quote
bravebird31 Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 Good idea, I'll see what I can find. Also the misc_ingame.pac has a bunch of move names in there as well. Quote

Mathayus Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 Also I just used the same method for winning animations and works as well So, you added new Winning animations to wwe 2k14? It´s that easy as add the animation and the superstar would be making the celebration? Quote

It´s that easy as add the animation and the superstar would be making the celebration? You would have to replace a wrestler off the roster and then replace his Winning animation, I dont think we could add Winning animations to CDLC wrestlers but it might be worth trying. The Winning animations have the same number as the Wrestler ID so maybe adding new ones would work. Quote

Would be very useful since I've based my Legends sound mods on winning animations. Quote

Yup it really was, and judging from the file structure of the universe files we may also be able to replace some of those as well. Just use the entrance tutorial for winning animations. Quote
LordBarker Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 Thanks mate - just finishing up the sound.pck then I'll give it a whirl. Quote

LordBarker Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 (edited) Having some issues with winning animations when trying to replace Jinder Mahal's with The Miz's - which is the same size. I decompress Winning00.pac. Uncompress both of the Miz's entries so I have the pac and bpe. Compress and inject The Miz's pac's into Jinder's - they go in successfully. I then just get a continuous loading screen where the winning animation should be. I assume I'm doing the process right, since it won't physically let me INJECT the bpe, so I have to COMPRESS and INJECT Miz's pac. Edited November 13, 2014 by LordBarker Quote
Mathayus Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Try to open both EVP and EVZ in hex. Copy the superstar pac that you want to add the animation. Open the superstar that you want to ovewrite the animation, paste overwriting over it and the space that go to the end of the file, fill with 00´s. Then compress and inject and look what happens. Remember to inject EVP and EVZ. I got the same issue but with entrances. Quote
LordBarker Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 (edited) Remember to inject EVP and EVZ. Thanks, but - It won't let me just INJECT, it basically says that only inject and compress can be used, because it's opened using the EPK8 option Edit: Oh just seen you do say compress and inject so will give it a go in hxd and see what happens. Thanks Edited November 13, 2014 by LordBarker Quote
LordBarker Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 (edited) Ok, think I've got the hang of this now. Annoyingly I can't seem to replace any of the original 3 I wanted: Jinder, Drew or Slater as their winning pacs are too small, grr Every other superstar's pach is too big. EDIT: Figured it out, injected R-Truth winning animation into Drew Mcintyre - oddly didn't need EVZ from the same characters i.e. I took R-Truth EVP and Mark Henry's EVZ and it worked. Thanks for the help Edited November 13, 2014 by LordBarker Quote
Mathayus Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 No problem. I had the same problem with RVD EVP. Too big. So I can´t add it. You added from other superstar and worked the EVZ? Maybe the same thing could work for entrances. Quote
LordBarker Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Yeah, well I thought I'd experiment. I injected the EVP (the winning animation) from R-Truth into Drew Mcintrye's EVP (after editing in a hex editor), but R-Truth EVZ was too big. So I took Mark Henry's EVZ (edited in a hex editor to same size as Drew's) and injected that into Drew's EVZ file and to my surprise it worked! Quote

motishow Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 (edited) One question, if i wanna assign a winning animation to my RVD who is ch476.pac i have to import the wwe2k15 winning animation into an existing animation of wwe2k14 (with same size) and then rename the winning pach file to 476?
