tich Posted March 11, 2013 Share Posted March 11, 2013 just used topaz labs filter, adjust and simplify for the contrast, clean for the cartoony effect and denoise to remove the noise, then I tweak the contrast and saturation, and add black on the edge (with feather) and a gradation from black to transparecy on legs Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
