Thanks for keeping me in anticipation. The fact of the matter is I did not manually produce all these codes. Using one of those scripting languages that so many webpages use nowadays, I wrote up a little page which read in all of the original codes and cranked out the codes shown above. Writing this page probably took all of 30 minutes, which was less than the time it took to tediously post all of these codes. Of course, you don't care.
