  1. I think everyone will be grateful if you update your tool. It is very needed by the community. Payed tool from Patreon is not option and not even accessible to many of us.

  3. With the current release of the new SoundFactory tool, I'm unsure if I will release an updated version. I had initially planned to do it with a big refactor, but now I'm not sure if it will happen. I think many will now switch to the new tool.

  4. We’re waiting for the new update, my friend. Believe me, far more people enjoy using your program than you think. We’re waiting for the new update, my friend. Believe me, far more people enjoy using your program than you think.

  5. I totally get it, the new SoundFactory thing sounds solid, but honestly? A lot of us still love your editor. It’s what got us into this in the first place. The sound editor is more easy and simpler, and you’re the GOAT for keeping things alive this long. Anyways it’s totally up to you to update it or not, but would be good if it gets an update!

  6. Thank you for providing me with a WEM file! It looks like they’ve switched from Vorbis to Opus, which ww2ogg can’t handle. That at least explains why the file can no longer be played in SE. That is way easier to fix. Since ww2ogg is open source, I will try to implement a way to handle both cases. Importing will likely not work anymore either. They most likely upgraded the Wwise version (Sound Factory probably uses the 2025 version as well). Also, the template currently used by SE is still based on Vorbis. I haven’t had a chance to look at the PCK files yet (still need one), but it unfortunately looks like quite a bit of work… I don’t yet know exactly how many differences there will be between the Wwise versions this time. But one thing is certain: this won’t be fixed with just a small patch.

  7. I need your tool. I’m not interested in the other stuff ... SoundEditor was just perfect. Where’s your PayPal link? We should all throw some money at you so you keep doing this!

  8. I mean, Sound Factory may not be free, even after the beta. Not everyone wanna pay for it. Sound Editor is free and pretty easy to use. I, personally, would prefer SE over SF.

  9. My brother - im sure most of the people out there are begging for you to update it. You were the one who made it possible for so many others to modify the game in terms of adding custom themes to the game. We dont want you to update your Sound editor, we need you. Youre a true hero for the wrestling community, i hope you wont leave us to that paywall.

  10. The only reason I made an account here was for your sound editor. A lot of people use it and love it. I'm hoping it gets updated, this community is grateful for you.

  12. Good to hear from you, my friend! I for one, still use your SE regularly, from games dating back to 2K14 all the way to 2K25. I'm not familiar with this Sound Factory, but I would personally rather continue supporting your great work. Perhaps if others took time to donate to you for your work, it would give some encouragement to keep going and updating. (Are you people listening?) There's a difference between putting a tool behind a paywall and accepting donations, which @TheVisitorX doesn't ask for, but I'm sure would welcome. And since he's not outright asking, I'll gladly ask on his behalf. I've donated before, because he did an AMAZING job making SE compatible with 2K14, which was a huge request of mine. Perhaps if many of you are hoping for SE to be compatible with 2K26, you'll think about that.

  13. I still use it for my WWE games. Sound Editor got me started using custom created music. I hope you do release the update.

  15. Entrance themes are in opus while most of other audio is in vorbis, like crowd, ring announcer, sfx etc and your sound editor is able to open and play them! It doesn't read only themes for a quick view i had. Unfortunately my upload connection is extremely slow so i won't be able to provide pck files, maybe some other people can help about that. On my pc i have wise installed, i think it's the 2025 version but don't remember, it's the same i had when using your sound editor for 2k23-4-5.

  17. Thank you for the kind words, guys! It’s great to see that so many of you still use and enjoy my tools. Could someone with access to Sound Factory send me a converted WEM file or a PCK file from the game? I don’t have access to 2K26 yet, but I’d like to take a closer look at how the files work this year.

  18. It's fixed, the problem seemed to be with my antivirus. I ran another test and it works. Sorry ^^

  19. I don't understand why that is hapenning to you. I tried to see if it works, and I have no issue with the 2k25 music.
