Sadly, no, and probably there will never be since nobody is interested in this game anymore like a lot of us are or they just straight up play the Xbox 360 version for some reason which lacks the exclusive DLC stuff that the PS3 version has. LITERALLY every single one of the last 5 posts made on this site under the "SvR 2009" topic were requests for these Roster Updates 1 and 2 but nobody has the RAP files, making them unplayable. These are posts from YEARS ago. Our last chance to play with the DLCs was the now retired modder @justYn1893. Unfortunately, he retired right after he made his "SvR 2009 Extended Mod for PS3 (Incl. DLC)", and JUST before I could ask him if he could make an SvR mod with only the DLCs because sadly, his mod does have the DLCs but also includes unofficial modded stuff, making the game lose its original experience. So as a summary, even after 16 years of the game's release, this one remains the only one out of ALL the WWE games where you CANNOT play or get the FULL original experience without the actual hardware, the only way is if you bought the DLCs back then (in 2009) and still have a PS3 console.

Good news, everybody!  Thanks to a sponsor that had a custom request they wanted added, there is a new version of BirdsOfChange that I'm testing out that has a NEW feature added!  The new feature allows for the user to manually input ANY weight (in pounds) for ANY character (CAW or Superstar) during the same time in which you're assigning their weight class.  In other words, now when you give somebody a new weight class you can also choose the exact AMOUNT they weigh so it's a better match.  Or if you want to do something crazy like make somebody 500 lbs while being a lightweight class, you can do that too! Anybody here that's been getting the BirdsOfChange cheat tables from this thread, and wants to test out the new version, is welcome to private message me directly with a request!  Be sure to let me know if you already have experience with the previous versions, or if you're new to this, etc...  If approved, I will be replying to you and supplying more info about it and instructions on how to use it to avoid errors, etc...  I will also be appreciative of feedback in return to let me know how it's working once you do get a chance to play around with it. Currently this new version is being tested on 1.24, but if you have a special request for it to be applied to a previous patch, I may be able to do that (although I can't guarantee it). Thanks all!

YMIT: Yuke's Move Index Tool Overview YMIT (Yuke's Move Index Tool) is a Python application to parse, visualise, and manage move index data from Yuke's WAZE/WAZA/CATE format used in virtually every last gen WWE game. Features File Operations Parse Move Index Files: Reads .dat files and extracts structured data, including categories and moves, into a tree view. Serialise JSON to YMT format: Converts edited JSON back to the .dat format. Deserialise YMT to JSON: Converts .dat files to JSON format for easier readability and editing. Installation Download Usage Main Features Open YMT File: Navigate to `File > Open` to select a `.dat` file. Parsed data will be displayed in a tree view.       2. Serialise JSON: Navigate to `JSON > Serialize` to convert a JSON file into a `.dat` file.       3. Deserialise YMT: Navigate to `JSON > Deserialize` to save the current tree view structure as a JSON file.

There seems to be a limit so I chose their tops. Playing them in season and performing people's elbow, feels like Hulk Hogan ripping his shirt off. It's so cool, that I missed the big guy.
