I might Sticky it if it becomes big enough. I'd actually like alot of the SVR2 discussions to be in here. Because, this is where mostly the SVR fans hang out.

But yeah, Legend Difficulty is insane. You can win, but you have to do the same move over and over to usually win. Or you have to be like HHH, and get a Sledgehammer to finish the job.

I think legend difficalty is too easy

I agree. In SvR2, they need to make the game harder to make it more fun. I hate knowing that I'm always going to win. Edited by CrossFan

I CAN'T STAND IT ANYMORE I NEED TO SEE A PEACE OF THAT GAME ANY PICTURE OR VIDEO

The problem with legend difficulty is that I rarely ever lose on it when I am trying my best, but it is so annoying when the opponent just keeps on countering nearly every move.

Yeah i like being Rhino and just recking the women on it just like he used to do to lori fullington(sandman's wife) I set up a table in the corner and I try to gore Stacy Kiebler but she counters it most the time so I gave Rhino the Piledriver One of his finishers in ECW

LOL

BTW, IGN have said that THQ are unveiling SmackDown! Vs Raw 2 in July.

as long as the game has muhammad hassan i will be happy. but he has to have decent stats. somewhere in the 80s

I'm sure Hassan will be on it. He is one of THE most entertaining characters in WWE.

BTW, your name is gambit so does that mean you like X-Men?

I hope im able to do the vanterminator with the whole f'n show and the the roling thunder should be a grapple like the handspring moonsault.I hope they put super crazy, psicosis and Juventud Guerrea on the game

I just thought I'd let you guys know, Jeremy (the guy who provides the SVR news on IGN) has said that it'll be 2 weeks or less when we finally get our first preview of SmackDown! vs. RAW 2.

Posted

I hope Rolling Thunder is a grapple too.

Thanks for the info HB.

2 weeks that's it,seem's like ive been waiting forever

1 week and 6 days now. ;) Make sure to check back on this forum and/or at IGN for the next two weeks to check out the new news. I'll most likely put an article up of my own about my opinion on the new features that are set to be in the next installment of the SmackDown! series.

Edit: Paul has just made a SVR2 forum. We already have the info post set up and ready to go for the upcoming year for SmackDown! vs. RAW 2. I'm moving this topic to the new SmackDown! vs RAW 2 forum. Enjoy the new forum. And look forward to the update. :)

i would really like to see the game sort of have diffrent areas that relate to the main franchises that vince has purchused, e.g the game should incorporate more hardcoreness from ECW and lucha's from WCW. the game itself obviously needs new match types, thats one of the strong selling points of the game. and adding more lucha's would make the game much more fun and fast paced.

some match types i would like to see are:

ambulance

casket

buried alive

inferno

scaffold

strecher

table match (not a new one i just think it should be made better)

triple tier cage

human torch (very much the same as an infero match but you dont have the ropes o fire you have to find another way to light them eg like vampiro did to sting with the fire staff thing)

unfortunatly i doubt any of these match types will make it because according to THQ they like to stay with what is currently happening in the WWE.

I think the Casket Match has a very good shot at being in this time around. As for the others, I doubt they'll be in. I also will put my money on the idea of THQ adding back the I Quit match. The only think I see different about it is having the voice over effect when they say "I quit!"

But I guess we'll have to wait and see.

they should get WWE Developmental talent and THQ staff to provide voices for CAWs....so when you create them, you can give them a voice for features like the I Quit match....so that way its an unrecognizeable voice, and it lends some reality to the game...since they'll have voices now too...(providing they keep voice overs)

Yeh that sounds great TOF

A really good idea is if you couuld stack tables or set them on fire.

That would be pretty cool. And in a tables match, when you put an opponent on a table to try and break it to win, they need to have a bar much like submission A where instead of trying to counter you have to get to the end of the bar, whether you're trying to escape or slam your opponent through it. And where the bar starts depends on how injured the wrestler is. This needs to be added because a tables match is just to easy.

I admit that the difficulty is an issue. But you have to remember that there are some younger fans out there who play the game. Yes, we need harder Legend Difficulty, because when you're having a match, you are more worried about countering than actually performing a good match.

Posted

The difficulty is a big issue. They also need to improve the AI.For example(this has also happened in SD 4 and SD 5)if I'm outside the ring in a HIAC and I want them to hit me into the cage, not just bring me back into the ring.

i think the cage match needs to be better also, currently that match sucks ass.
