can somebody please post all of the ntsc codes the they know so i can make a list of them

the code the im looking for the most is the velocity arena and the tlc inside the hell in a cell can some pst all the ntsc code they know

and is there a way to have specials as regular moves and is there a code to change your soroundings like fight backstage or in the office and last is it possible to have barbwire ropes in the ring or anything on fire
