Question about an unidentified move that

I put in the Superstar ID modifier to play as Jim Ross & tried a head ground grapple move. I don't think it is a selectable move. Does anyone know the name of this move or what its value is? While standing near your opponent's head, press left & grapple. It is a headscissors type move where he has hold of his opponent's arms & it is a submission style A move. This move was also in HCTP, but no one was able to find its value or name.
