Can I assign commentary and call names from an in-game wrestler to another? How?

Could anyone, please, share this tool?

Apparently, there's a tool to assign hometown and callname from in-game wrestlers to CAWs. Would it be possible to use it for DLC characters? This way, I could replace callname audio from legends (Jake Roberts to Jeff Hardy, for example) and still have Jeff Hardy at his right spot (preserving his Royal Rumble entrance, for example). Also, I could make DLC attires (Masked CM Punk, Heel Shad Gaspard, Main Roster Sheamus, Purple Attire John Cena, Retro HBK) as new superstars, with exclusive renders, entrance, minitrons, etc.
