Missing Raw Arena

Hey all, any help would be appreciated.
I was able to find a copy of the 2k5-2k18 arenas port mod, and i have so many more arenas now, but the '13-'14 Raw arena isn't showing up, which is the whole reason i wanted the mod. Im trying to install a Raw arena that goes over that slot. 
Any clue on how to make it show up?

If you're using a mod loader, check if the new arena is enabled and if its slot is already occupied by another arena, because if the slot is overwritten, the arena won't appear.
