Help setting back up

Hey guys I just got my gaming PC back up and running, it's an older one that's why I'm working with 2k19. My problem doesn't seem to be with the data editor it seems to be with the CCT, I'm trying to add in Giant Gonzalez and I've placed him over two people already and when he comes out the height is accurate but the character model stays the same. I've found a few tutorials on youtube and one on here too all of them are basically the same and I have done this multiple times now any suggestions?

I had a similar problem with a wrestler whose height i was attempting to make 4'8. It wouldn't work and average height was applied. Apparently there's a zone where the height changes are applied, and it starts at 5'0"
Perhpas there's a similar limit for taller heights?
