Here is the first version of the FREE Match Rules Modifiers!  I don't have a free public custom Cheat Engine to share yet, but if you already have a custom (undetectable) version of Cheat Engine that the game won't crash itself when you use, this cheat table SHOULD work for you as I tried to make it compatible with the most common setups.  Again, just to be clear, if you don't already have a custom undetectable CE that you know works with this game, DO NOT try this yet.  I'm hoping to come up with a lighter, public, free custom CE for the rest of you sometime soon if possible.  If you want your own custom CE faster and are willing to donate toward me providing it to you right away, send me a private message here or on Discord.  Discord username is:  Tacogear

Note:  There are versions of "undetectable CE" that can be found doing searches online, which this cheat table also would work with, but I can't verify that those other CE versions from other people/forums are fully safe.  Use them at your own risk.

These rule modifiers DO NOT... I repeat... THEY DO NOT require you to click the box on the left of a desired cheat.  Clicking the box on the left of a cheat option will FREEZE that in-game value, which we DO NOT want to do!  Freezing any of these (aka X'ing the box on the left) could cause huge glitches or problems if you keep them X'd/frozen between multiple matches.

NONE of the options in this cheat table should get the box on the left checked.  If you accidentally click the box on the left and see the red X appear in the box, click the box again to remove the red X.  All you have to do to use these is double click the value of an option all the way on the right side of said option.  Never check/click the box on the left.

As an added bonus, this table also includes a pre-set hotkey to try and enable post-match breakout attacks after you win a MULTI-person match!  It may not always work, but should work for MANY big matches that normally don't allow a post-match breakout attack.  (Explained further in the table notes/extras). 
Note: Do NOT check the box on the left of this option either.  All the pre-set hotkeys work without checking any boxes.

IMPORTANT :  I also have some pre-set hotkeys in here already for you to try, which are explained in the notes, which usually are found in the very lower right corner of CE where it says "Table Extras" or in some cases that very bottom right corner might be called something else.  There's a lot of important info in the notes, so be sure to read them.

Double click the "value" for an item to change it during a match.  For example, if you want to turn OFF pins during a match, change the value to a 0 during the match.  Almost all of these run with 0=off and 1=on rules.  Just double click the value for the option and try it out.  Give me feedback on these if you have issues and feel free to ask questions if it's confusing.  You also can set hotkeys to control all these and make them way easier, if you want, using the built in hotkey feature in CE.
 
A fun note about the # of Falls options...  it seems like this value can be set very high so you can do way more falls.  For example a normal 2 out of 3 falls would see this value be a 2 by default but if you chane it to a 3, now it's a 3 out of 5 falls match!... and so on... and so on.  The value you input represents the number of falls 1 person must gain in order to win the match.
 
Some pre set hotkeys:
 
Cam View:
This is an experimental hotkey to let you try and change the view between standard and facing the stage, but it might be buggy.  It also might have a delayed reaction.  Share feedback with me on this one to let me know how it works for you or if it seems useless and should be removed.  The value in the cheat table should probably remain between 0 and 1.  If you go above or below those it probably won't do anything.
Right Thumbstick + Left on DPad = Decrease value
Right Thumbstick + Right on DPad = Increase value
 
3rd Person FOV:
This is an experimental hotkey to adjust the same zoom view you can adjust in the pause menu during a match if you're in 3rd person 1-player mode.  This should allow you to adjust that FOV zoom/view WITHOUT needing to pause the game.  If a direction you push does nothing, try the opposite direction a few times.  The visible value in the cheat able should probably stay in the 0-2 range.  If you go above or below those values it probably won't do anything.  Here are the hotkeys if you have a controller:
Right Thumbstick + Up on DPad = Increase value
Right Thumbstick + Down on DPad = Decrease value
 
Experimental breakout attacks after larger matches:
The MatchID? option in the cheat table is there to use the experimental BREAKOUT ATTACKS after multi-person matches hotkey.
How to use:  After you win a multi-person match, push the V + B keys in your keyboard and you should hear a voice saying it's trying to enable breakout attacks.  If it works, you should instantly see the "breakout" option appear on the game screen which should allow you to enter into a breakout attack just like if it were a singles match.  DO NOT do a rematch in a multi-person match if you use this, as the game will think the match is a singles match now and it could crash or be very glitchy if you choose to do a re-match.
 
Force ELIMINATION on with a hotkey:
The three "elim" options at the bottom in red are all tied to this.  One hotkey press adjusts all 3 values as needed to force eliminations ON in a multi-person match.  During the match, push the L + M keys on your keyboard and you should hear a voice say "Elim".  If it works in the match you're in, now it will have elimination rules even if the default game/match options typically don't let that match be elimination.  For example, sometimes I use this in a Wargames match to make it Elimination rules (but the defeated opponents will remain stuck in the cage, keep in mind) and it should work for other multi-person matches that didn't have elimination options.

Ahoy there!  Has anyone already been using this Rules modifier cheat table and enjoying it?  Should I be working on an update for it for the new patch?  Anybody have any feedback, good or bad, on the cheat table?

I just tried on 1.27 none of the options work, they all have ?? next to it can't change values
