liamgordon961 Posted July 6 Posted July 6 (edited) Hi everyone, I'm slowly building up a database of wrestling game animations to aid those that wish to make their own game. These motions are to be used as a reference to gain a further understanding of how to animate these type of movements. Each animation will be in the FBX format. I'm starting with WWE 2K15 and going from there. I'll make the folder available to download once I'm done. Edited November 18 by liamgordon961 1 1 Quote

liamgordon961 Posted July 7 Author Posted July 7 Awesome, thanks for following. I'm done with the basic strike attacks. I've still got a few strong strikes left to do, but so far so good. 1 Quote

denbigh7 Posted October 4 Posted October 4 Awesome idea! I think your hard work will truly help some future designers. I have a dream of creating a wrestling game with the look and gameplay of WWE 12 - 15, with a retro theme focused on the old territories. My thought was that you could take a real wrestler (Hulk, Piper, Steamboat, Savage, Adonis, etc.) and start his career in the mid to late 70's (which was then those guys started), choosing a territory across the US for him to begin in. Each territory would be completely unique, with different styles of wrestling, different rosters and feuds, different abilities acquired, and after a year or so in a territory, you'd get the chance to choose a new territory to compete in (with the ultimate goal being New York/WWF.) The game would track your win/loss record and your career earnings, titles won, years wrestling, etc. There would be real promos, talk shows like Piper's Pit, real shows like WWF Wrestling Challenge and WWF Prime Time, along with smaller shows like Georgia Championship Wrestling. Even a focus on the old Pro Wrestling Illustrated magazine rankings and year-end awards. Kind of like how NBA2K does MyEras, but better. Anyway...that's my dream. All that to say, it would certainly take a team of people to accomplish, and skilled developers like yourself could make that happen. Thanks again for what you are doing! 1 Quote
