Mr. Brazil Posted April 27 Posted April 27 (edited) Hi! I've managed to locate the file with tag entrances (Nyujyo3.pac and Nyujyo9.pac, SvR 10 and 11 respectively) and using Mathayus's list I manage to locate entry 775 as Legacy trio. I know the list is for 2K14, but I've double checked. That's the file. The problem has been to backport it. I've tried exctracting it and decompressing it, but no good at both tries. I've tried to replace 770 (MNM), 771 (Spirit Squad), 773 (Generic Trio), to update the .arc, update .arc "Non Wrestler"... But no good. Either the games freezes while loading or keeps loading the animation forever while the song plays. I extracted files from EVPI and EVTI (SvR 2011) and injected in EVP4 and EVT4 (SvR 2010) accordingly. Could you share any piece of advice? Maybe not replacing the motion but adding new ones, like @yumboy11, idk? Thanks!!! Edited July 19 by Mr. Brazil Quote
Mr. Brazil Posted April 27 Author Posted April 27 (edited) Well... Apparently, the size for entrance 770 (MNM trio, SvR 10) is 001600, while 775 (Legacy trio, SvR 2011) is 001800 - maybe that's the reason... Legacy trio entrance is bigger than all SvR 10 trio entrances, which makes the replacement not possible according to the tutorials. How can we add new entrances, regardless of the size of the motion? Or maybe it's a compatibility issue between SvR 10 and 11? Edited April 27 by Mr. Brazil Quote
Mr. Brazil Posted July 19 Author Posted July 19 SUCCESS!!! Thanks to Cyanex Drac for this tutorial here: The tutorial is for PS2/PSP, but it can be adapted for the Xbox 360. This is how I did it: 01) Basically, you need to open Nyujyo3.pac (from SvR 2010) with X-Packer (using the EPK8 option) and "DECOMPRESS" the first time 770 appears (which is the MNM entrance). Roll down and for the second time it appears, you can simply "EXTRACT" it. Now, you must do BOTH STEPS for Nyujyo9.pac (from SvR 2011) with the number 775 (Legacy entrance). You can put each file in a different folder, so you don't get lost. 02) You shall open the first 770 file (the DECOMPRESSED one, from SvR 2010, MNM entrance motion) in HxD and copy Offset 20 and Offset 21. 03) Now, copy those Offsets to the first 775 file (the DECOMPRESSED one, from SvR 2011, Legacy entrance motion), also in position Offset 20 and Offset 21. 04) Now, open Nyujyo3.pac (from SvR 2010) and "INJECT AS BPE" the first 775 file (the one you just edited Offsets in HxD) over the first 770. 05) Now, simply "INJECT" the second 775 file (the one you simply ripped from SvR 2011) over the second 770 file. 06) Finally, open the Nyujyo3.pac you just edited on X-Packer (also using the EPK8 option) and "UPDATE ARC NON-WRESTLER", selecting the SvR 2010 plist360.arc to update. 07) That's it! It worked! Now my project "SEASON MOD 08-09" for SvR has Legacy trio motion as it always should, since Legacy is an essental part of SvR 2010 Road to WrestleMania Notes: 01) Offset is the byte position in the file when opened in HxD. It is shown down left on the software. 02) Nyujyo3.pac and Nyujyo9.pac can be found inside "evt" folder, which is inside the "pac" folder in both SvR games. 03) plist360. arc can be found in the root folder of SvR 2010. 04) Nyujyo3.pac is where tag entrances are located for SvR 2010. Nyujyo9.pac is where tag entrances are located for SvR 2011. 05) The Offsets 20 and 21 in HxD are like the "game ID", meaning all SvR 2010 entrances will have that "code" in offset 20-21, which is different from the SvR 2011 one. That's essential to port entrances between games. Quote
