Replacing Moveset/POFO of existing wrestlers

Hi everyone. I have been trying to use Data Editor and CCT to replace the existing moveset and POFO files of characters, and for some reason, it is not working. Is there anything else I have to do besides create it in data editor and assign it in CCT?
