Locker code nonsense

Is anyone else experiencing this:

You get all excited because a new locker code comes out. You know you desperately need a Pink Diamond because the weekly towers in MyFaction have become impossible to complete without them. You open the packs from three successive codes and get absolutely nothing. Other players crow about getting a CM Punk S.E.S or other such Pink Diamond characters, but you get bupkis.

Any else get the same treatment?

In terms of free packs, I don't think I've ever received any of the top cards. The only time I seem to pull something decent is when I buy deluxe packs with MyFaction Points or the free VC from Locker Codes.

not specifically referring to free packs, i.e. the ones you get from logging in to MyFaction every day. I was actually referring to the locker code packs. I would have expected these packs to be especially beneficial. After all, these are not your "run of the mill" packs, they are supposed  to be special packs. Apparently not so, as 2K releases the code and it results in garbage. At least for me.

As for purchasing packs, I too have purchased packs in the past (1-2), and once again, nothing. Yet those who purchase 20x, 50x, or 100x packs (I've seen their videos) routinely pull big pink diamond cards (or multiple ones). Stinks.

update: So, a new code releases today, and once again 2K pulls a fast one.

WARGAMES is the code, and while it gave fans a rare Gigi Dolin Diamond Card (93), it also gave out a Galaxy Opal card for Liv Morgan rated 99. Pretty cool right? Not really. 2K just screwed us again because the G.O. card is a one use only card. Wonderful. why couldn't they allow us to have the card permanently? as I said before, players like myself could desperately use it, and for far longer than one use.
