Any way to turn off flashing of the facial part when editing the facial region?

So you know when after you add the custom texture to the face, and you're then able to edit the nose, eyes, etc? The facial part that you're editing starts flashing. Its a bit annoying when trying to line up the eyes and nose for example. Anybody know how to disable this in cheat engine? Thanks
