I have a question,

I have played WWE2K24 standard edition PS4, If i get 40 years of wrestlemania dlc, could i get brock lesnar 14 and 15?

Yes, if you get the 40 Years of WrestleMania DLC for WWE2K24, you should be able to unlock Brock Lesnar from 2014 and 2015.

What System are you on? 

Brock is only playable in Showcase if you are on Consoles. While he does make an appearance in MyRise across all systems. 
If you are on PC there is a way you can unlock him as all of his games files and character model is still there but it is hidden. If this is the case for you then I would check the 2K24 Modding area of this forum.
