Can we import a face scan image offline? New to modding and I can't access community creations.

Unfortunately, there is no way to import images offline. The way 2K saves files for custom images and wrestlers still hasn't been decoded yet, so injecting them is nigh impossible. Just as well, Resorep, a popular way to hotswap textures back in 2k19, does not work in the newer games since they jumped from DirectX11 to DirectX12.
